#westfrieseomringdijk #noordholland #motorcycleroadtrip Riding on a motorcycle through Noord-Holland in the Netherlands going across the so-called Westfriese Omringdijk brings you fantastic views over the surrounding landscape. This is a breathtaking one-day journey I did on my KTM Superduke GT a month ago, while is was still beautiful weather. I passed towns and cities like Edam, Volendam, Hoorn, Enkhuizen and Medemblik. Towns situated alongside the awesome Ijsselmeer. The largest lake in the Netherlands. Riding across the country I also encountered a queue of classic Spitfires. Three-wheelers beautifully restored by its owners, who are also enjoying riding around. Question is: do I overtake or stay behind?
