Major Source of Power in your 2 Handed Backhand Ground Stroke!!
Hey Guys this is my Student Maggie, and I'm teaching her the use of 3 Levers in a 2 Handed backhand which is a Major Source of Power and it keeps you from Muscling into the ball!! When you learn and practice this Concept you will notice just like pros your right wrist if you're a righty will round up because you must Relax your Dominant hand to use the Nondominant Hand!! So it's up , Down and , slap!!

Переглядів 48814 днів тому
Just drop the ball and move Ahead of it, walk ahead of it, But wait for the Ball to really get Low, Now hit the Ball with an Isolated Forearm, Not from your Wrist or the entire Arm!! Thisis very important that you ISOLATE your Forearm!!!!
Do you Really want to IMPROVE your SERVE??Pronation Exercise You MUST MUST DO

Please use Correct Grip Keep turning your Forearm even after touching the ball with your racquet obviously!! Be gentle and control the move See if you can Rally with yourself and keep the rally going?? Feel the power of the move when you can isolate the Forearm and tap the Ball in the ground with Force!!
baseline rallies with Jaakay, emphasis on hitting in the Middle and finding his Rhythm

New viewer. Audio could be improved. I understand the importance of pronation, but the exercise here is oriented to a specialty shot, like the tweener, which should not be considered at the recreational level. Pronation exercises with direct applicability to the serve would be much more appropriate and beneficial to your audience. I think you bring sincerity and talent to your YT channel. I will subscribe with some content changes.
@thomasc4777 I appreciate your input, You are correct in me investing in a Micro phone!! SORRY, I definitely will!! However coming back to the Exercise for PRONATION it's a great one if you're able to get it for Serve!! And yes added benifits is the Tweener shots development as well!!
@TennisSimplified-qe9mk I agree. There's a lot of value in the exercise, particularly at the level we play. But I'm seeing 3.0 players serving without pronation and a continental grip. That troubles me, and I try to intercede where it's appropriate. You have a wider audience than me. I hope you can connect the pronation to the serve because it's not happening enough at the club level. I appreciate hearing from you. Count me in as a subscriber. Best wishes and Happy Holidays.
@thomasc4777 I don't have any wider audience other than anyone else on UA-cam, I'm just trying to do the right thing for the development of Tennis for people!! And yes Wrong grip is a very big problem in tennis at 3.0 level and actually above too!! Hopefully I will try to tackle this problem in the future videos, Thanks for your support!!
Great, amazing drill. Thank you
Simple to learn & powerful ❤💯. Great tip.
This is very helpful thanks for the video , please post more about serves, I am a beginner
