Can you explain on another video how to set up combine for sunflower. Greetings from serbia
Yes, by all means, teach them young! The future of this nation is in their hands.
*After fighting an old electric kitchen grinder for years, i have finally had enough☞☞>**allmy.tips/Cabela_grinder?q17** It is quiet, and works great, better then i expected (after the first grinder experience). It made quick work of the 10 pounds of deer meat that i needed to grind. a job that would have taken me all day (with old grinder) took less then 30 minutes. the whole job from start to clean up was about an hour. I am looking forward to trying my hand at some sausage making with it.*
Thanks for the vid man, thinking of buying one, xc840 but im a john deere guy and worried if ill regret it lol
This is a great, creative video! Well done with great tunes! Nice job!!
Hi Dad
How do you like the meat mixer attachment ? I have a 1 hp Cabelas and I'm on edge , I don't know if i should buy it . I've read mixed reviews and any info you may give me will be helpful
I have 1hp and this mixer and works fantastic , i also buyed Sausage stuffer 20lb with motor and now life is easy :)
I have the 3/4 #22 grinder, man they do work! I also have the 20# hand mixer. May upgrade to the larger mixer like yours. How or what do you use to stuff the sausage once it is mixed?
Uncased rifle after dark fuck I hate vehicle hunters!
Uncased rifle? We wear them on our backs all day we were 35km from the truck and traveling in the dark back to the truck! Rifles were unloaded! We dont carry our $4000 rifles in scabbards because they get the shit beat out of them in the terrain we hunt!
Your a weekend hunter aren't ya smutty? If you were making your living out here or u would think differently.
That machine is the HOSS of all grinders! Very cool. I saw your comment about the auger getting hot. Is oil the remedy to prevent that? I have also seen in the Cabelas' reviews that a few other people have been complaining about the same problem. I have been considering the 3/4hp or the 1hp model but can't decide. Reading about the overheating problem also makes me nervous about putting that kind of money towards a grinder. Are you grinding well chilled meat, or is it ambient temperature? Nice moose BTW. Did you get him?
Jim. Yep it helped keep the auger from getting hot by the bushing and every once and awhile we would just add alittle if we grinding lots seemed to help rectify the problem of it getting hot there.
A buddy of mine has had a cabela's one for about 5 years or so now and with all his family, brothers, brothers in law they usually grind about 10 or so animals a year and haven't had a problem so far other then the heating until they started using oil (canola oil we using). Some of the meat was chilled and some was done right after de-boning (hanging in cool shop for a day or two) as couple buddies from down south shot there deer up here and wanted it all ground to take home. Thanks, Yes that was the moose me and my dad got last year.
Thanks for the reply. I will remember to use the oil on mine. I ended up with the 1 HP Carnivore model. I went there to get the 3/4 HP one when the sale was on last week, but the 1 HP was marked the same price. When I got to the cash register they told me it was a pricing error, and honored it anyway. I guess a store like Cabelas can afford to make mistake once in awhile. There loss was my gain. lol. Thanks again!
how does this compare to the . OMCAN meat grinder?
hope you guys dont handle the big lakers as poorly as you do the small ones, vertically and by the bottom of the mouth puts way too much strain on the fish
Thanx for the info. We try to not handle (touch) the fish as little as possible if we are not keeping it. As sticking your hands in its gill plate, etc creates strain/stress and increases mortality in the fish. Thats my understanding anyways.
+Trent Steffen I'm actually a guide at frontier fishing lodge and Pearson point is one of our go to spots, we've found that gill plate grabbing seems ok as long as you don't grab the gills themselves .... Or for the smaller fish we just grab the line/ lure in the water and use pliers to pop the hook our without touching anything ... Cool videos though !
Thanx we will keep that in mind for sure!!! We dont keep many fish mainly catch and release. Might keep a smaller one for eating that night. Yes pearson is a very good spot we were fishing out there and seen you guys (frontier guides) coming so we moved out to allow you guys to come in and fish your spot as you guys have paying customers and courtesy is everything. We even stopped at lodge beautiful place.
Where?
great songs and nice moose
