what do you need to begin making this music?
Well if you want to make music just like this, then I suggest learning how to use trackers. For this project I used them quite a bit and I'd say they are a big part in making the track have that 90s sound. And also listen to a lot of the music genre you want to make, this helps you come up with more ideas
