The skid has two laydown oxygen bottle storage (one on either side of the welding machine laneway) and two acetylene bottle storage positions right behind the tailgate (left and right). You can use a $200 welder from harbor freight and a few sheets of 4x8 sheet metal, and you can build this

Actually, it does not spin on its own, that is the work of our trusty whirlygig. Joking aside, this unit is used for oilfield welding & other welding applications and is meant to be an all-in-one unit for your welding Machine & related equipment to be safely stored and used.
