This is a line by line dispute for all disputed charges per my move out inspection tenants aren't permitted to attend - specifically the $1800 to repaint the entire home - when I know it wasn't painted for us, when we moved in, as some of the "damages" I am being charged for - were in existence before my tenancy. In addition to things I am being charged for that were reported on my move in inspection report and that are very clearly wear and tear, like lubricating windows and tightening toilet seat bolts.
this video is long because there was a lot to address - I have already emailed a detailed dispute and only a portion of my claims were removed - I stand firm with $1800 is to much to charge a tenant to repaint when you can see the condition of the home didn't require this paint job (if it even happened).
