quick improv to showcase the pickups on this. no mixing or editing was really done on this. I might make a comp of a few other improv sessions I did w/ this so you can get a bigger picture of how good this guitar sounds reverb.com/item/57348017-esp-baby-metal-9-string-bareknuckle-canine-pickups-mf-9

sloppy but jus tryna figure things out... I feel worse after eating china house than I do burger king... which is crazy if you think about.. also, I've never seen an all American run Chinese restaurant. which doesn't sound weird, but the more you think about it the weirder it gets

      I’m selling a limited edition baby metal ESP 9 string that has pickups custom made by bareknuckle. I have a few licks showcasing what it sounds like, this was the only one I had that had drums to it already and wanted a quick upload

    I’ve been singing professionally since I was 9-10 yrs old.. And I’ve tried all kinds of mics. My first real mic was shure sm58 of course at like 12 yrs old. A gift from my eldest sister and my brother in-law who was also a professional singer/musician. It’s was the standard! I am a artist for se electronics now but before that I was using the BFG V7 for a couple of years.. I’ve actually played/jammed on-stage with Billy and he really does use these mics. Since I’ve gotten mines I’ve noticed a lot of the pro audio companies that setup for large gigs, festivals etc all use V7s. And I’ve also noticed a lot of great singers from locally to big artists who now prefer the V7s. Idk how much can actually predicated by your video because we need real audio spectral analysis to really see a difference. To the untrained ears which includes normal musicians it may not be any different and that’s not a put down because many of use are the “normal.” But I’ve worked with some vocalist, producers and musicians etc that can tell. One thing I do know is a feel really different singing through a V7 compared to anything else. And just to note I’ve sang through the BFG, vintage and normal V7 and my choice is BFG or a vintage live doing more bluesier content and I like also a MK for a male vocal with a nice range and a regular V7 on a female voice.. It’s kinda like how I like a 47 on a deeper male vocal in the studio compared to a 251 on a female vocal. Aesthetically they’re cool looking and I truly stand by these mics. Oh and their drum mics, geez the best drum mic set I’ve ever used! Aloha

    the real question is... how do they feel in your hands tho? I'm assuming the Chrome will be more slippery than the original? what about the vintage ?

    So what your saying is if I compare the V7MK to the other V7 versions the different voice coil (DMC X) and the frequency response (as listed on the SE website) do not make any difference? And that the improvement in the V7 X must be solely down to the grille and VC mounting since (according to the SE website) the V7 MK uses exactly the same voice coil? Just sayin.....

    They're all the very same mic except for the outside aesthetic. Except for the x, obviously, which is a different model. I don't understand why people don't READ THE SPECS. If they did, they'd realize this pretty easily.

    I mean hey, Billy Gibbons does like playing Les Paul's so Gibson is close enough. I have a Gibbons myself and 100% with the same price range as a sm58 it's the superior choice

    How’s it compare sonically to the Beta 58 ? I hated my Beta, too toppy and harsh sounding, I’ve ordered a Chrome V7 over here in the UK, will try it at my gig tomorrow night

    • @taslikesdogs
      @taslikesdogs 2 роки тому

      based off of my experience, the beta has better sounding high mids, but the V7 has better and more high end (10k up) which I'm personally a big fan of because I think it gives more clarity to vocals

      @guitarz99 Рік тому

      the beta 58 is one of the best vocal mics ever made , i suspect yours was a copy or was broken

    • @WayneMusicianUK
      @WayneMusicianUK Рік тому

      @@guitarz99 it was NOT a copy! I bought it from a reputable retailer online, it was genuine thankyou! Glad I got rid of it, Beta 58 was an awful mic for me and my band and we all got rid of them

    • @guitarz99
      @guitarz99 Рік тому

      @Wayne Harris I do pro sound for pro bands , they're noticeably better than the 58 , what are you running it through? That's half the problem with people they run good mics through shitty little self powered sound systems and then blame the mic
