Yeah I do admit the fall foliage was a nice difference compared to other courses, so in a way I hope they go back and replace that foliage. That being said, all the work for the waterfalls and the readability of the map now are just fantastic. At least we still get some fall foliage on Yale to go with the deer, turkeys, and [easter egg not spoiled]!

ngl i think i enjoy the parappa parts more as well because it's just so familiar to hear someone repeating the words of the song instead of the guitar with lammy

The one thing I saw that was really tough timing was with 3rd room (Jump! room), you actually can time a jump that hits the gap while only holding left. It's a ridiculously narrow window, but that with good movement for all the other rooms might get it to the .7X

@@2003041 I’m glad that room is 3rd bc it was really annoying lol. I suppose it’s possible to do a similar jump as the 2nd one where you tap right for a few frames while holding left.

Yeah I understand the frustrations. Luckily drops seem to be improving (def from when i first started) and hopefully they get their new system they've been working on implemented sooner rather than later. All we can do is just keep showing some of these free drops and seeing if any logic can change, especially if player is opting to not even want the free relief.

From what I remember, you can give the lipstick to one of the various female characters for just extra dialogue stuff. It's been a while since I played so I can't remember the other items in the vending machine, but this was the special one that you need to decipher a code to receive.

The woods and irons are the PXG set I won from one set of weekly challenges last year and cost 10k in in-game currency for the full set. Unfortunately do not know what level it gets unlocked at, but honestly if I didn't win these I'd probably still be using the default set of clubs for the most part.

The way the tracking is for the game, its not a true 1:1 especially with the backswing I need to take for the driver. That being said, the game does teach you about course management and just preparing yourself mentally like you're on the course. The putting is probably the one feature that you can really learn from in terms of reading breaks and I ended up fixing some mechanics with my IRL driver, but considering the game gives perfect contact (no topping, no toe hits, etc), a simulator where you're actually hitting a ball is gonna be more realistic for obvious reasons. It's still a really fun game and some people have improved IRL handicaps by just keeping a club nearby and taking those irl swings so it doesn't mess them up. Club attachment as well definitely upped the feel for the game, but with the space I have to play I was limited in my selections and even the weighted attachment I have is super light in comparison to a real club. TL;DR Yes it can help, but not in all aspects of your golf game and you still need to swing IRL to keep your IRL feel.

First dunk ever as well even with close range chip ins I’ve had. I was surprised I didn’t have more of a reaction but that was probably due to the shock of hitting that shot.

In terms of the VR itself, it's a Quest 2 playing the rift version using a link cable connected to my PC. I also use the Yezro Y13S 90 degree attachment for the game.

I started this game with just controller for the first few months, then ended up getting the Yezro Y13S attachment in the summer and have been using it since. I used to play golf so a lot of my shots still have a fade, but controlled shortened backswing in this game for driver definitely helps. I ordered the Deadeye I only have had mu MQ3 for a week today and I have a crappy attachment I bought that doesn't recognize headset sometimes causing miss hits. Yeah Sawgrass definitely can punch you in the gut. I myself think I just need to play it more so I can really get used to it because as it stands now, it's easily my weakest course and mainly because I avoid it like the plague XD

Believe it or not, the whole reason in the run we do Circus Angelicus second is the jump across the pool with Phil & Lil gives us a glitched long jump state from then on, so if you’ve never gotten close without bonking the wall or rail, that would be why. Otherwise, it’s all about getting a good line down. The main stairs between floors 1 and 2 i like to do a diagonal jump down if i can to get the added distance on the occasion. The stairs to the basement are really hard to nail and it’s just really about getting a feel for the angle to take and any corrections to do. Also i do play on analog and that may make it a bit easier for myself.
