Hey! Excited to see your fighting journey! I’ve trained Muay Thai for a bit and the reason why they bend at the wrist so easily is because there is a lot of clinching! The bend lets us get a hold of the back of our opponents neck!
@@Yeehawwtorres Yes! Thats what my training partner was telling me. Im going to try some Muay Thai real soon.
You can't put a price on safety or quality equipment and i own the HNM 16 oz all day balance gloves which are the best I've ever tried for all sorts of training BUT ... 250 for headgear is just crazy to me. I currently have a similar title headgear you have that's a little slimmer but if they ever get it below 200 i might just pull the trigger. Im an amateur kickboxer so i might just do something without the cheek protection and has a more open face at this point too
What do you do to clean your headgear
Sanitizing wipe. The inside has a smooth liner not sure of the material.
Amazing how they took care of you like that. Hard to find companies like hitnmove in this era
Anyways, thanks for the review! Been looking for something not as thick as the regular ones. But that eye issue can be problematic. I have a very huge head. You said you also have that.
@@Ytterdahls there is an update it was user error. I need to do an update video. The headgear is meant to be worn right on the eyebrow. Which would bring the cheeks pad down a bit.

@@ShadoughBox cool! Similar story here. Did tkd and kickboxing for a few years in my teen years, then had many years off, then came back to it 3-4 years ago now. Want to have a few fights before it’s too late.

@@AaronStanley-r1k i cant make that comparison since i never used grant. They are the best gloves ive used and enjoy them more and more everytime i wear them.

The blueprint is out. I’ve never seen a ref make a fighter take the full 5 mins. Also, if the ref started counting do you think Usyk gets up or he’s out for the count?
He stays down for sure! He wasnt getting up his body shutdown!
