@@Peterxxlsdmtghb7777 Bro, maybe you have a point. They both made a notable difference, they were the perfect dynamic duo. But you won't deny that Derek has a very good voice and is superlative. The truth is that sometimes when he sang his part, it seemed like he gave life to the song. For some reason, in his wonderful 88 glam albums, the chorus parts were almost always with Derek because, literally, the song exploded. Songs like Analog Keys, (a marvel by the way, one of the best Rap/Trap songs in the world) and others more particularly like Nightcrawler, Purple Baguettes, Baby Bro, Bankroll, Big Ship (another very high level), Hellcat also but these ones that I mention, especially Analog Keys, Nightcrawler, Bankroll, Purple Baguettes and Big Ship are absolutely fantastic. Derek's chorus parts are surreal, they're out of this world, it's splendid. I agree with you that together they were going to be the best, the best but in 3 or 4 albums they raised the level so much that they had to separate because what else? You understand? They both shone so much that they had to do that, I guess it was on good terms hahaha, but bro I don't know. The thing is that now, I have listened to so many artists but 88 glam itself and I think that Derek, because of his parts and his style, enters a place on the podium with the already well-known ones. I admit that as a soloist, Derek did little right, although Cartier Bracelet and Uniform were not bad. Anyway, they are opinions but for me a place has, maybe below Gunna, Lil Baby, Lil Durk, Nav but it's somewhere around there. Hug!
