Storytime...the old days were the best (around 1978) My friend was an animal and lived in the country about 10 miles away from school....strict Christian brother’s school who used to beat us with anything thy could get their hands on. The guy had few means in getting to school and this was generally a bus which he found it difficult to get up in the morning for anyway. He had a maico 400 scrambler which was not road legal...not insured or licensed and brought it into school regularly and threw it up against the school wall with a chain and lock around it. One lunch time he went out and did wheelies in the playground and I have no idea how he did not get expelled. The police used triumph 350 twins at the time and one followed him on his way home so my friend left him in a cloud of dust as the maico was very fast compared to the old twin....the cop knew who he was and later arrived up at his house and he got into a bit of trouble.....his parents were also crazy so together they were all as mad as ten hens.
