It would have been helpful to see more of the script.
hi i have a question - do you know if the call time is still being counted when you’re on the screen that says “the call has ended” with a bunch of options on it for the survey? basically my call time is being counted but i left it dormant on that screen for like five hours so im worried the call time will be skewed

This is a video to show you how to use the call-making software. It’s not created by any campaign. The script will vary from organization to organization, from candidate to candidate, and from date to date.
Y’all are the absolute worst. I never signed up for your service, and yet I am CONSTANTLY getting calls. What a bunch of crooks
I need help. My dialer keeps telling me to report an issue with the dialer but when I make a report and refresh doesn't fix the problem. i have been dealing with this for 2 weeks now. Who can I call?

how about a link to the script so I can print and review it?? I don't have a printer at home and will have to be toggling from one screen to the other all the time.
Take screen shots of the text so you have the text in another window.
also....the young lady speaks AWFULLY fast.....
slow down the video speed
You can use the gear button in the upper right hand corner of the video to do this. Pause the video and the gear button will become visible. I use 75% speed.

Do you have a video on how to make calls on your own personal phone while using your desktop? We want to show our volunteers, but this video only shows how to use it with your browser. Also, do you have a video or how to guide on what "loaded in the clicker" means?
