I only would change demetri for Kenny. Devon is really good.

Ik it's not the "miyagi way" but Daniel and chozen should have trained them in the advanced techniques, you know the pressure points and all of that because tbh and ik they wouldn't have known it if this was the real world and not written but the ones who trained under Kim Sun Yung and now Kreese and Kim are extremely deadly. No matter who they picked they probably won't make it without plot armor. I mean the Kwon person almost would've killed the other dude who was supposedly the strongest fighter out of that batch so. Ntm he thinks that way, how to fight someone who fights with heart well you strike the hardest towards that area and possibly kill them. Guess Mike Barnes was right, people will die. My list is a bit biased since Devon is one of my favorites but it should have been the three boys Miguel, Robbie, and Hawk or Kenny and then the three girls Sam, Tori, and Devon to keep it balanced. However they then wrote Tori in to leave and join back cobra Kai so that probably wouldn't have worked out. And yes I know Devon cheated which tbh I hate how they wrote it that way but they probably would have had her be a winner anyways. Imo Miyagi Do is all about balance, her biggest weakness is Overconfidence and having the thought of never being able to quit or fail. So they really should have wrote in the way that she finds balance with that and therefore won't have clouded judgment, therefore actually fight and train at her best. But I'm no Hollywood writer so what do I know. Anyways apologies for this being long

dude same, like actual same. They fuckin let Devon & Demetri on the top 6? Seriously? Devon came in late S4, like super late and she’s more on education same with Demetri, he’s a nerd. Like Kenny & Tory deserves it more. I hope Devon will realize her consequences.

this tournament isnt a joke, the power couples, and hawk shouldve been a no brainer, and for 6th place for me its clear it should go to kenny but they shouldve made kenny, demitiri, and devon fight it out...

One thing I don’t get tho is everyone saying Tory should’ve been the female captain. On what basis other than story arc 😭 I too think that if she was allowed to fight, with her motivation being her mom, she would’ve gotten the win. But on EVERY OTHER OCCASION, Sam won/should’ve won, because she’s the better fighter. School fight? Tory brought out weapons, but Sam still held her off. House fight? Sam wins the bo staff battle and overcomes her trauma/fear of Tory. S4 All Valley? If the bribed ref wasn’t messing with her points, Sam would’ve won. I love Tory, but the writers haven’t set her up to be the better fighter… unlike with Robby, who should’ve won or tied at every occasion, but continuously got cheated by the writers. I can see why he deserves captain, but let me know why you guys think Tory deserves it, other than for story (unless story is the only reason).

Hawk and Kenny should have beeb automatic lock in over Demidtri and fodder. Johnny and Daniel treated this like rocket science when it was so simple

Devin should definitly be on the team over Sam. Sam let herself get out of shape and gained a bunch of weight. there's no way she would be able to kick her legs high enough now. Daniel was right when he told Johnny do you really think Dimetri is over Hawk..

The 6 easily should of been the team you listed. Miguel & Hawk should of been first round draft picks for being LEGIT winners of the All Valley. Tory, Robbie & Sam all were finalist in The All Valley And Kenny was the quickest learner of all of them. Both a All Valley Semi-Finalist and won Cobra Kai into the Sekai Tekai

Devon's character deserved better. Earlier seasons she was this confident, rising fighter who knew she had to work hard to get to the top. Then suddenly this season she became someone who had to cheat to get what she wanted? Weak

I didn't give Kenny much of a thought before but actually this is the objectively best team.

Hawk easily wins the last spot if he doesn't feel sorry about the MIT fight. I kind of agree with him being defending champion, but I think Miguel is two-time defending champ without getting hurt. I had the same final 6 but they should have allowed 8 or 2 alternates

Im pissed at johnny this season about glazing devon and johnny didn't even consider hawk he's a top 3 fighter in the dojo and he was completely out of the conversation he was just a backup option ffs, they should take 1. Miguel (Obvious first pick) 2. Robby 3. Hawk 4. Sam 5. Kenny 6. Demetri (Would be tory but yk)

This forced plot of only having 6 competitors really forced them to ruin characters in the process. Devon's whole character was ruined. She was the most honorable back in Cobra Kai/Eagle Fang. She would've never stooped that low. While I agree that Kenny has massive potential I don't think he would've done well in the tournament. At least not against Cobra Kai. He couldn't even handle Sam and Tory who weren't even trying to fight him. But it was wrong how they did him. I suspect he'll be one of Cobra Kai's missing 6. Dimitri definitely shouldn't have made it to the Seikai Taikai. I get he's the underdog, but he's not built for that kind of tournament. My team would've been Miguel, Robbie, Tory, Sam, Hawk, and Devon. 3 boys, 3 girls. The top 3 from each group.

Sissy Saint is the personification of black women. Acting out of emotion first, then rationalizing that 💩 afterwards. This man put his whole family on, and all of them just took from him, and every time he needed something they were like "nah i can't help you". Until it got to the point that it broke him on some many different levels. The man purchased half of downtown L.A. before it boomed. The 💩 really tics me off because it very similar to real life.
