Woahh, this is nearly 5 years old now. I’m so glad that people had inspiration from the game to make content on it and that people mutually enjoy the soundtrack to this day.

The amazing thing about this playlist isn't the music at all, but all the memories and feelings being brought together and added in these comments. To listen to this playlist and read all the nostalgic feelings these songs bring together is somewhat a magical feeling. Hope @sdk the best, for bringing this all together: these people with hope, understanding and going through a hard time with an optimistic view. i've watched this countless times and for whatever reason decided to only comment just now but still, i have so many memories tied to these songs and just this whole video, it reminds me of times where i could hardly cope with loss and also times when i slept peacefully in a warm bed (and for the longest time i couldn't even sleep without this video), so just genuinely thank you from the bottom of my heart for creating something as precious as a special memory in my heart <3

I finished Mother 3 a month after my dad's death. Every single part about Hinawa made me think of him and it hurt me right in the heart, but I felt relieved knowing I wasn't going through this alone.. The whole game made me think of my life in general, and I'm honestly grateful for the tears this game made me shed. It really helped me get through all of it

On the intro of the game, it has metal and wood fused together, but when the outro played, it was entirely wood, and the metal sphere became a globe.

At first upon finding this playlist I was in disbelief trying to understand how all (except maybe 2-3 of these) were supposed to be relaxing, even context-removed from the game. To me they just all carry such weight of melancholy and sorrowful reflection however after returning to it I think there's something to these being relaxing, however in a non-traditional sense. This playlist exudes an unwavering sense of catharsis, pure emotional release, be that sad tears, or just expression of deep feeling internally, it is a cathartic listening experience, and that can be seen as relaxing.

My family is essentially gone and shattered. My home no longer feels like a home, my family no longer feels like a family. It’s as if I’m living with strangers. Because of this game, I aspire to be the bestest version of myself possible. After I played this game, it made me nostalgic for what I used to have, that being a happy family. But I’ve moved on, my family is too broken beyond repair. So, I’ve decided I’m going to be the bestest friend. I’m going to provide for my friends what my parents couldn’t. Mother 3 changed me for the worst and for the better. I’m so thankful I’ve played this game tbh. Sorry for like the vent lmao

Man i've played this game 3 times now. I played it first because my first name is Lucas and I kinda look like Lucas lol. Fell in love with it immediately, im so amazed with how good this music is for something that is playable on a gameboy. Really really hope that they will bring it out soon on other consoles.
