It's hard to say what I miss the most about the past. I miss many, *MANY* things about the past. I don't think I could list them all here, but I'll list some of the things I miss about the past. I miss my family. Many of them moved away. Others have passed on. All I have left who still lives with me is my dad, and he's already in his 70s. I'm in my 40s. Neither one of us can work, nor are we in good health. I miss being young and enjoying many of the things, events, celebrations, et cetera we had during the aptly named #GoodOldDays. I miss watching Saturday morning cartoons, often with my dad. Everything from #GarfieldAndFriends to #TeenageMutantNinjaTurtles, #MuppetBabies, #InspectorGadget, and #WarnerBros cartoons. I miss enjoying all four seasons outside (as long as my chores and homework were done). I loved catching grasshoppers, crickets, ladybugs, and other non-dangerous insects outside during Spring and Summer. I loved going on Summer vacations and day trips after school let out in June. I loved watching the leaves change colors in Autumn, not to mention all things related to Halloween. I loved Thanksgiving and seeing the first bit of snowfall of the season. And, I really loved Christmas and Winter back then. I loved sledding down snowy hills or looking for animal footprints in the snow. I grew up in New Jersey, and one of the best things I really miss (outside of my departed family members) are the old *NJ Transit* trains. Search for any NJ Transit train videos on UA-cam that are either from the 1980s or the 1990s, and you'll see the kind of trains I used to see back in my old childhood hometown. They may not mean much to most people, but they meant a lot to me. I could go on and on, but the point is that there are so many things I miss from my childhood past. And, I want to go back to it. I hate being here in the present. And, I dread the future so much. Besides, death is my worst fear over anything else, and I fear many things. I know that everyone and everything living dies at some point. But, the mere thought of no longer existing is extremely terrifying to me. When it's my turn to die, I know that I will be incredibly paranoid just before my life ends! 😱

As a kid, siguro we're afraid to make mistakes because of the consequences we may face. Ganun ako nung bata ako eh. If I make a mistake, alam kong papagalitan ako. But eventually, I learned nga na mistakes happen because we need to learn something from it. After a year of dancing, I have made a lot of mistakes and everyone can see it in dance class. If my personality and mindset was like before, I wouldn't want it that way kasi napapahiya ako. But we were trained that we learn not just from our own mistakes, but from the mistakes our teammates make, and it's not para mapahiya kami. Ang haba ng comment ko, but yeah, wala lang, enjoy ko lang kasi manood ng videos mo and I like that this is a good outlet for people to share. 😊

So this is your first vlog that I actually watched. LOL. I'm sure you know what's coming - HAHAHA! I'm adding a third option, happy genius. Because, why not?? =D Happiness is a choice, as well as being a genius or simple [minded]. It all depends on your definition and your will to become the best you. Given different circumstances, these four concepts you put forth can be temporary phases in our lives. Sometimes we can be happy or worried, and we can also be a genius today but be simple tomorrow.
