A little advice for you all here. These Toshiba laptops have problems with leaking batteries. This is a battery that holds the CMOS and a second larger battery pack for hibernation. If you haven't checked them out yet, do it quickly. In the worst case scenario, spilled electrolyte damages the motherboard. The batteries show damage only after cutting the green foil. The electrolyte does not even have to pour onto the board, it just evaporates and leaves a characteristic green coating under the keyboard. This is already a state of alarm.

i just bought this exact model from ebay, and this video was a the perfect confirmation that i was for sure going to buy it! very helpful - particularly the part at the end where you press the text button (i wasn't sure if the tv had it), as my plan is to use a raspberry pi to have actual up-to-date ceefax/teletext on it! :)

Very strange.

I'm glad someone else finally uploaded these again. I uploaded these same tracks on here about 15 years ago on an old account (long gone now) and was able to record them by letting the level start, and then popping open the CD door on my model 2 Sega CD the same way you did so i could get clean music with no sound effects or enemy sounds. I remember doing the same thing with Novastorm too. Glad to know that someone out there still cares about these tracks. Thanks!
