there is not a dodge mechanic currently. the combat still needs a tonne of work.. arrows are easier to dodge.. fireballs are nearly homing missiles, so you might as well just tank it. because I am playing a personal full wipe, my skills and gear are not ready for these POI. I can solo those Level 4 NPC camps, but the level 10-15s, need clan member to guide.

@@schalk4033 people walking over them also triggers it. I've eliminated opponents from beyond the grave previously. So yes, you can manually activate them, or you can let them self trigger.

@@schalk4033 originally thats what I thought too. But late last alpha (not this round's steam next fest) I reviewed my recordings and learned that it functions like claymores in CoD. Just leave it there and go 😆

@@s1nb4d59 yeah the height tiles Vs human height are wonky. Messes up the stupid stability.

@@s1nb4d59 it very much is. But you have to farm up too. I'm not a good example to watch if you're looking for the other parts of this game. I just love to build and can spend tens of hours just making one. A few videos ago, I built a massive challenge base, took 167hrs in total.

@@apekpandajournals0205 Well all three happened between the last patch and the one before it. The joys of early access I guess. The other thing we were seeing. You chop down a tree and it hangs horizontally in the air out of reach lol

We don't have the gear for it. I was essentially solo most of the alpha. 7-days is too short for a solo to do anything. Especially with a day job that's 8-10hrs (not including commute)

Went for the finish cuz I thought it was game over right there, octane quit instantly after going down. Vantage was down and I only had mozam, and charge, neither guns I;m comfortable with.

@@itzjustnatedogg thing is you look way to stressed shooting 2 to 3 shot at a wall. Go in the firing ranch a practice ur shooting while turning ! This helps a lot during thight fight. Also ur movement run more and use the wall.

after watching hours of videos and hours in firing range trying to learn all those movement stuff, i still cannot for the live of me do 1 wall jump without fail. So it will never cross my mind to do something that 100% i will die faster.

The gold one specifically I don't have it but I have seven

someone told me there were 12. I haven't gone past 8. even after restarting the hunt. Also i noticed that they don't always come back when restart firing range

@@apekpandajournals0205 there’s a ‘gold’ one that spawns in the spawn tunnels and it isn’t always there, I didn’t notice it the first time I went in but after playing in the range a bit I double checked and it was there.. makes me feel like you have to do a certain thing to get it to spawn. The other 8 I found have always been in the spots I saw them previously.

sure, lets take a 2nd, 3rd 4th look XD we can't both be blind right? But it seems the purple, gold and blue ones are random spawn and might not appear every time.

maybe random each time? only a few have reappeared consistently for me :(

I have only acquired 8 of them maybe if we find all of them there is a large nessie secret or something
