Good evening Dr. Khan, do you have a link to the first lecture you mention? I am writing an MSc paper on EIA and I want to better understand the relationship between how EA evolves into EIA.
Sorry for the late reply. I recorded the previous lecture but unfortunately it has personal information of my students, therefore, I will not be able to share that.
If The years are given that in opposite what will be our base year? that mean 2003, 2002,2001 respectively given, what is our base year?
Technically you can take any year as a base year; there is nothing wrong in it. In your case, I suggest take 2001 as base year.
