There were never bots in Arena... But (ladder-)botted accounts being played by real people in Arena now, who bought the gold-juiced up accounts for real money. Such as that 8 win mage most likely, on a "fresh" account and playing like shit on a probably very powerful deck. Gotta educate your community my man.

I did the same thing with Togwaggle. First start of meta I was picking a few Rogues, got several lackey generators... All my opponents were rocking the 1/5 2x Lackeys cards etc... I was like oh, it's lackey meta for sure.... Then I see the Togwaggle, and I'm like "hell yeah this is gonna be amazing, I'll even take a Shadowstep".... 0 lackeys and almost no discovers. Deck still did good because Rogue is pretty OP for tempo.
