I’m convinced the calls were made by the worlds biggest party poopers. Kids celebrated NYE all over the country mostly without incident. Shoot I live in Oakland now and their was an impromptu block party until 3am and the next day everything was fine. I understand if it’s a weekday night on some random day on some random month and kids start acting rambunctious but come on it’s NYE!

You’ll notice that there are at least two people in the chat who are on scene since the initial call. We were chatting for hours while this all went down. Not a single mention of aliens or 8 foot tall shadow-creatures…

I don't know if I should feel proud of your comment. 😂 I've become a bit obsessed now with all the insane posts of lies. So many people refuse to believe your video exits since it's being reported, "the government shut down the scanners." Do they even check to see if what they, "heard" is in fact true before they click that share button? It took me all of 3 minutes to find your channel when I first read it on the 4th. I still cannot believe I listened to every bit of this, TWICE! I will also add, a friend sent the original video to me because I will dig for days to find facts. I admit, I don't believe much of anything and do way too much research. She definitely thought I'd find out the government was hiding something. Lol I was actually mad that my future self wasn't finally here to take me away! 😂 I told myself tonight I need to end this crazy obsession, but new people keep finding the original video and I get dragged back in by their posts. 🤦‍♀️ It's a vicious cycle. I might go and read through the live chat, but I really don't want to end up listening again. Lol

Did you notice the live chat replays along with the video? There were about 80 of us listening in realtime and there were at least two eyewitnesses at the scene, either on balconies or walking the area while also chatting online with us. There wasn’t a single mention of 8 foot tall creatures or aliens throughout the entire event. Additionally, almost the same exact thing happened last year on the same day at the same place.

@@benjiebarker yes, 20:26:53 is the initial call, but it almost seems like no big deal unless you keep listening. I think I was a little too much into it and noted some other timestamps. Lol In case anyone else is interested... Around 21:01- Dispatcher is saying security heard 5 gun shots near the yachts and is requesting help. Immediately after, the officer in charge at the mall got pissed off, said he did not hear gun shots and every unit is, "ordered" to get in their units and leave the scene. He said, "Everything is under control." Dispatcher: a security guard is requesting backup at Starbucks. Officer in charge: He came back on even more pissed and said, "What part of EVERY UNIT on scene at Bayside is ordered to clear the scene now. We're leaving!" 21:14, a deputy that stayed behind is requesting a lot of backup. "The crowd is much larger and is completely out of control." Deputies are calling back in one after another, "Show me back en-route." 21:21:36 Active shooter at the mall. New fights breaking out all over the mall. Requesting ALL available units. Officers on scene told Dispatch they didn't hear any shots though, so could be false reports calling in on purpose. I missed the timestamp for this next one, but the OIC calls for ALL UNITS to respond and pull in by the Bayside Sign. "We're shutting this down now!" The Dispatcher came on and called out an unbelievable number of unit numbers to respond. Someone else in charge came on and requested: ALL CITYWIDE available units to respond to Bayside. Told them all to come in at the Bayside sign. This order means every available unit responding switches to this channel. This scene is priory for the entire city. Someone from another district seems to take charge and orders units to the parking garage, some to direct traffic, others to surrounding businesses where teens have taken over. He clearly knew how to take charge. Lol I missed several time stamps, but there was an unrelated stabbing that units were pulled to help with. A man was jumped and beaten, car accidents, police were called back and forth from several areas as the teens kept going. I noted a few more timestamps after this. 22:04:52- Shots fired. Officers respond that it's fireworks, not gun shots. 22:07:50 They decide it's time to give a disperse order. I think it took a little while for them to make the order because they talked about it a few times. 22:10:24 Media is showing up. Needed to know where to stage them. 22:12:30 "Snatch up any juvenile setting off fireworks." The fireworks were definitely becoming a safety hazard for everyone involved or not. 22:23:01 Break Down the Citywide alert. They sent everyone back to their districts and to their own channels. 22:26:15 Shots fired at 711. Unsure if it's fireworks or gun shots. 22:28:17- Sargent requesting several units to the parking garage for a large group forming. 22:30:15- Officer at 711 waiting on backup with a large group of teens. Waiting to verify earlier report of gun shots. 22:35:13 Requesting units to get in front of the group their pushing. 22:37:35 Large group is trying to loot a store. Forming team to respond. 22:43:17- Group is heading back to the Blvd. 22:43:48- Anyone with a PA give a dispersal order for the group to go west instead. 22:46:10- A group jumped someone. The man got out of his car and the group of about 15-20 juveniles assaulted and robbed him. 22:51:06 Foot chase begins. Black male, wearing all black, silver book bag. 22:52:38- Setting up perimeter around the parking garage. 22:53:47 Traffic accident, need rescue, 5-6 teens injured in one car. A group of about 50 teens approaching the scene. 22:55:47- Requesting every available unit to Miami and NW 3. 22:57:40- 4 in custody at the parking garage. 23:05:07- Media on scene by the courthouse. Clarified: Freelance media. 23:07:14- All clear given. Deputies can finally begin to take calls for service. These calls for service are for those who called 911, but were unable to receive a response for over 3 hours while they dealt with the teens. More happens after this and is mixed in with other calls. I stopped time stamping because they definitely talk faster when many calls are happening at the same time. 😉 I hope it's okay to copy this and share it in the main chat. Thought I'd share for anyone else interested. Also, please feel free correct anything I misheard.

it's sus that whoever is scanning this had to title this stream with "aliens". like they purposely want us to hear just this stream. could they have edited this...maybe not. i was just hoping there to be real aliens

Dispatch was taking the calls, but the deputies were at the actual scene and said no shots were being fired. During events like this, calls will pour in with false information to get police to run from one scene to another on purpose. Although I think it was an extremely bad call to pull everyone from the scene so quickly, I don't think they had a chance of stopping it once it started. Other similar events are usually planned on social media and build very quickly before police even realize what's happening. Many cities stay on top of social media as much as possible and have been able to stop events like this before they begin. The media reported events last summer and they started happening in many major cities all at the same time. Maybe the media down played this one to avoid that same outcome?

I caught that as well! I played it back and looked at the codes to hear what they were saying. The code was for a dead body or possible suicide. Once I figured that out, the mannequin made much more sense.
