Yes, you are right. I have read an interview with the author of this project, who is russian, and when asked about the mistake in the project's name, they replied that they knew it was incorrect, but nonetheless, decided to leave it as it is for the stylistic purposes, i.e. each word ends with "er".

They stopped playing it because Efrim didn’t want to play those songs anymore. Bruce Cawdron, the drummer from 1996-2012, said explicitly to a friend of mine that they never played MF=R after reforming because Efrim was no longer interested in playing it. The same can be assumed for 09-15-00 since they haven’t played that song since 2003.
they play rocket falls on rocket fall every now and then. mf=r is probably a bit too long for a live show and they rarely do over 2 hours.
