How were you able to cope in Berlin in terms of language? Did you speak German with the natives?
@@chidiebereemmanuel9122 that is a really good question. On many occasions, I ask the locales if they understand English before I engage them in any conversation. Another helpful tool is the iPhone translator app which allows me to speak or type in English and it translates into German. Thanks for asking.
@@BlessingsJournal Oh, that's really intriguing. I never knew there's an alternative, at least, rather than learning some of the basics of Deutsch before traveling to any city in Germany. Thank you for the response.
