John Deere 2630 Tractor
Переглядів 1,7 тис.8 років тому
This old John Deere Tractor has 13000 hours on it and still getting the job done. It's a heavy built tractor and rides very smooth. Surprising just how well it still works, has quick hydraulics, lift and a smooth working torque amplifier. Yes, it's showing it's age from front to back, but still a useful and powerful utility tractor.

Переглядів 94 тис.8 років тому
If you have a John Deere round baler you may need to replace the belts at some time. In this video we show how to change the belts by letting the baler itself pull them through, although this method is not recommended by JD. Three people make the change easier, but two can do it safely. This video is on the 567 baler, although this will be the same on a 530, 535, 546, 547, 556, 558, 566, 568 an...

2 Year Old shows dad how to use Stihl leaf blower
seem to have a lot of issues around the bearings and the hex shafts had a roller break in half in Australia $2800 to replace the damaged parts
Good video, but you should always shut off the tractor engine while working on implements. 🤕
Why is this video only 1:59? I’m having issues with mine. I’m having issues with mine. I’ve tried several different aftermarket cylinders and ended up having to buy genuine new holland for it to actually work. It’s almost like the plunger on the aftermarket’s wouldn’t go in as far as the new holland. It was a pain in the arse figuring that one out. Aftermarket’s were $100. New Holland was $600. Smh.
Thanks for the video. May I share the gospel of Jesus Christ with you?
Have you run into a problem with the transition stuck in neutral
How do you remove that roller,do you push hex shaft out to raise roller?
How you know if its bad

佐々牧場で生まれたばかりの子豚達に会いたいです。!
You skipped the hardest part! Getting that dang rod out that holds them together.
If you can get enough of the rod out to grab with a cordless drill you give it a spin and lightly pull the come out good if they aren’t broken….also works for the plastic coated wire braid ones
Where is the slave bleeder?
Easiest way to put them new belt pins in is with a cordless drill. You can spin 'em in almost all the way and tap the last little bit with a hammer.
How long did this take you? I’m about to do the same thing on same tractor!
Hour and half. Worst part is the lack of space to get it out.
Do you have a video on bleeding it?
Had the same thing just happen to me,only my baler is a1470 gehl broke in same place also took out 2 chains and torn one of the main belts roller was $800 Was one big job putting it all back together, Still dont undstand how this happend.
Agree... I'm not sure how a Gehl is set up.... but this shaft on a John Deere supports a lot of the bale weight and once a bearing goes out it heats up and or cuts/ destroys the shaft.
@@smallfarmchannel9342 There is a shear pin on the pto shaft to protect the rest of the baler to prevent these things from happening, but never did shear the pin. Found out after it was replaced with in correct shear pin at one point.Hope you got fixed up .Happy Haying
How do you find the 7740 on the round baler? Looking to pick one up but just about the power on a round baler.
Found the 7740 out of Bowling Green Ky and the Baler out of TN. Both were on Craigslist.
@@smallfarmchannel9342 maybe I should reword that...How do you LIKE the 7740 in front of a round baler? Plenty of power? No issues with overheating etc?
Its 10x easier going through the back. Way easier.
Thanks for the comment.
My son and I just did this with the baler open and a ladder in an hour for all 6 belts not using the pto
I used this method recently. It does work well and very quick. Be very cautious around the PTO shaft since you'll be next to it, while it's spinning. Also, might add to alternate outside to inside. If you just go from right to left, the belts get twisted and won't feed correctly. Be safe, and try it. Saves a lot of work...
Thanks for sharing and great tip!
Beautiful family. Bless you.
Thank you so much!
I have a jd580 and everytime i start a New bale i need to drive very slow because The baler gets stuffy and many Times gets stuffy even if i drive slow. But IT happen only at starting every bale. The belts are The reason?????
Once the belts are loose or dry rotted it defiantly makes it harder to start a roll. Another cause could be the pick up teeth are worn or bent backwards. Something we did to our 535 was to weld onto the pickup drum, this made a BIG difference on starting a roll. We don't have a video on it, but you can Google it...
No it's not gonna be a fun repair
Thanks for the comment!

*Powerful and strong>>>**t.co/TpCl72N0rQ** starts right up, a little big for someone who is 5'2" because you have to have your arm stretched out and can barely touch the controls. Permanent right-handed setup (just a comment, not bad or good). Lightweight and not much vibration.*
We changed belts that way 20 years ago . It works great . You just got to be safe doing it .
that's just sad I'm sorry also text me if you know anyone that knows about selling round ballers ok thx
How did you take to old lace pin out of the belt to seperate them
How did you take to old lace pin out of the belt to seperate them
Use a cordless drill to spin the lace pin and it will pull out much easier.
I didn't know Walton made hydraulic fold tedders! Mine is hydro fold, but only because we made a think for it.
