Ma'am your video is not SEO well that's why your views are so low, and subscribers are not increasing, Ma'am you trust me, I don't need to pay first, I will work for free, if you think you are benefited, then you hired me
Hi mam, Your UA-cam video content is really good. but views and subscribers are much lower. To increase subscribers and views, you need to do channel SEO meaning your videos are not fully SEO. SEO is not friendly to your title. The SEO score is very low. The main reason why videos go viral is because of video SEO and organic promotion. If you do SEO and promotion then lots of views and subscribers will come to your channel and you will be able to monetize your channel in a few days. I can help you. If you want.
@@rakibrahman12 thank you for your comment!! So which part of SEO is missing in the videos now?
@ShamelessCareers Ma'am, you need to use a low competitive title, so you need to optimize your title, and description optimization, many tags are given in your video but the rank is very low, and if there are no rank tags then how will your videos reach your target audience?
Varia sounds like Russian soldier on steroids, don't take it seriously its a joke but man it gives completely different vibe while listening to the podcast btw Nikita has my all respect of coming out of his comfort zone (leaving his microsoft job) and becoming an entrepreneur. Thanks for sharing this amazing conversation. Love from India❤

What?
Hi Shameless Careers, Your videos are great! I can optimize your content for better search visibility. Let's discuss how to rank higher on UA-cam.
@@svmohasin4121 thank you so much - will respond to you in Instagram!
Actually sorry on LinkedIn
Your video quality and thumbnails are amazing. But there is some problem with your video. Due to this, your video is not getting top ranking on UA-cam, and video views and subscribers are not increasing. If you change these issues you will get better results in your channel.

Hey There, Mohasin here! I am a huge fan of your "Shameless Careers" UA-cam channel. Your content is always top notch, and I can see the passion and effort you pour into every video. I believe you have incredible potential to reach a wider audience with a solid UA-cam strategy I can talk to you via email to discuss how I can help your channel grow faster. This is not a sale, but an opportunity to share ideas and offer support Let me know if you're interested, and we can find a convenient time to chat. Thanks for your time and creating such amazing content.
@@svmohasin4121 thank you so much for your very kind comment! 😊
Okay you made a very interesting 10 minute video. I admit I am intrigued. But it's not a podcast. I suggest you listen to Americans and Brits on how they podcast - they use a friendly, familiar tone, they introduce information gradually, they repeat it a lot - probably because the podcast format is not lossless - etc.
@@RS-kt6is thank you so much! Great points, will check them out! Probably this video is less of the podcast format, I agree - just love the book so much, couldn't help myself! 😊

@@irishka_zolotse thank you very much for your comment! ☺️
Your content is very nice but I have some important question.
Thank you so much! Please shoot 😊😊
@@ShamelessCareers Can I have your email address?
Your channel should be a required elective at the beginning of bachelors and masters degrees
Haha thank you, this is very kind! ☺️☺️ 🥰 What do you think is the issue at the university that prevents us from choosing the right path for ourselves? My theory is that there is so much pressure to join "prestigious" industries and much less focus on exploration and taking time to find out what you personally would like. What do you think?
@ShamelessCareers Optimizing for prestige, a paved route, and a predictable outcome are the reasons we chose certain industries, I guess. If friends, family and strangers validate our choice at face value, then we must be doing the correct thing, right ? (Sarcasm)
@@egu3364agreed. I think not only it's a hard question to figure out what you want to do in the first place (AND it's impossible to know this in theory, you literally need to try things out to see what resonates), but also on top of that there is this pressure from the outside which you've talked about which makes it even more difficult (and rushed). That's why I think it's so important to put yourself first and prioritise this discovery process, trying to resist the pressure as much as possible
It's me again haha Have been looking for work for the past 4/5 months and your channel really helps with one's moral. Again, thank you ! 💯
Oh, thank you so, so much for saying this! Honestly, when you hear something like this it really motivates you to do more. So thank you so much once again 😊🥰 By the way are you switching jobs in the same area or doing a career change / changing the industry?
@ShamelessCareers I studied economics and then I did a masters in finance. I did an internship in FP&A, then two internships in asset financing at french banks. I joined a full time position in financial audit for 6 months, didn't enjoy it at all, and left. I've been interviewing at consulting firms (management not strategy). Why ? I hope I'll discover something new that I enjoy more. Another reason, the "higher pay" as I have some debt to pay back. I was also thinking of joining a startup ; however, I don't see what I could actually bring to the table, except being a Swiss knife and winging it.
@@egu3364yes, I think consulting gives such a platform to learn about many different industries so that you have an opportunity to see what resonates, so I think it is a great option! Plus the skillset you get there - around problem solving - is so useful no matter what you do afterwards (and it's really difficult to get this skill otherwise without working in consulting (or a strategy function in house). And this skill could also be useful if you decide to join a start up afterwards - e.g. if you want to be a product manager (but obviously this is just a personal opinion, I havent pursued any of these career paths - this is just based on what I've seen/heard from my friends who are working in these areas!) In any case there are so many career options these days, and careers are no longer linear - which on the one hand makes it very exciting but on the other hand puts a lot of pressure / responsibility on us as individuals to figure out a path that would work for us
You are making amazing video content. I just watched the video and your video quality is appreciable. I am so impressed by your content, I was analyzing your channel and noticed that You are struggling with video views and video ranking. May I share some tips on how you can achieve your goals?
@@svmohasin4121 hey there, yes of course, that would be amazing!

As always, haha, great episode ! 👌 Note : it'd be interesting to have someone who's at the very end of their career or even retired. It could be an interesting point of view
@@egu3364 thank you so much, i always appreciate reading your kind feedback! 😊 I love this idea, let me think of someone! So far so many interviewees have spoken about being "on the other side" of employment - meaning entrepreneurship. But it would be really cool to hear from someone who is "on the other side" of A CAREER - what was all of this for? What's the end game? What's the role of money, success, prestige - or does all of this fade in comparison to other things (like doing what you love, taking an adventurous career pivot)? Super cool idea, will try to find someone!
Varia, it was an absolute pleasure to participate in this episode with you. Thank you for the opportunity to share my experience, I hope it will help people who, like me at some point, may find themselves stuck in their careers with no clear path forward. You are onto something great with Shameless Careers, clearly an entrepreneur yourselves, very professional with very smart questions and understanding of the hurdles most people go through in their careers. Keep this up, I am rooting for you, count on me for any additional tips but I reckon you will soon be a lot higher in subscribers with this channel than where was with mine. Thank you so much!! 🎉🎉🎉 Yes, that's the next milestone haha 😊😊
Definitely some pattern being drawn here from an episode to another one when it comes to the reasons people do these massive life pivots. Amazing job Varia! Keep it up!
Thank you so much Marc!! And yes, 💯, you do see people looking for 1) more freedom / flexibility 2) more control over what work they do 3) faster pace of work / a quicker cycle from decision to execution 4) more purpose (which, interestingly, is individual to everyone - some people care about a particular topic, while for some just building something new and expressing their creativity is super energising!) 5) less routine / more sense of adventure. And I'm sure more patterns will emerge with more interviews!
Once again, thank you for sharing these career trajectories ! Food for thought : down the road, once the channel has picked up, you could have someone interview you ? Cheers
Thank you so, so much - as always! Really appreciate your support! 😊 This is such a great idea - I'd love to!
