    Don't you have to keep the shingles back a bit from center of hip so they don't interfere with one another from any expansion movement?

  • @Brandon-no3vc
    @Brandon-no3vc Рік тому

    Wouldn't you have to do the 3 4 5 method but in bigger increments from the bottom of the roof at your level eve line? So your going straight with the eve no matter what the rakes doing? So wouldn't you have to also make sure your ever starter drip edge goes on straight and level as well?

    Angle the fence on your saw to the pitch of the roof. Use the left fence @1.5" as a guide on a worm drive saw with apex of ridge as line. Don't forget to cut the face on 1st ridge, creating a bleeder seal, not just on Vents Ridge. Especially on video dig... Family Tradition Keeping it real. Stay thirsty bro Steeper the better;)

    Impressive. But all we see are you using a nail gun. Why didn't you show yourself carrying the 12" stacks of shingles up the ladder? For most people that'd the difficult part of roofing. I found carrying loads up the ladder really hard.

      @cloudycanadiansgaming Рік тому

      Most roofers don't load their own roofs these days. No point in wearing them out before actual work gets done, especially when you can get it loaded for cheap...
