yo no hate mate but the first game wasn't a bad team, that was on you, so many mistakes that cost your mates' lives, especially in round two, going junker against sig, ana, reaper, juno. using your ult when alone getting 0 value out of a really good ult, causing your kiri to die because of it, flanking and losing to the supps, being antied and complaining about no heal while your team consist of 5 players not just 3. not hitting your shots and hooks, you missed your first 8/13 hooks if counted right (not counting the doom in the trap, a baby can hit that). way better would have been counter picking, rein/ram against sig, better would be Ram to block juno and ana while fighting sig you have to pay more attention to your surrounding and keep an eye on your mates that's not just on stats

Gameplay is really good! I like how aggressive you play Orisa. Just a little constructive advice. “Feather” your shots so you don’t overheat your weapon. And you get a little too aggressive at times, line of sighting your healers. I think if you didn’t push quite as far, you wouldn’t hardly ever die, because you have really good mechanics.

Overall you use cover good, could improve on some movement techniques (I highly recommend doom parkour for warmup and improving techniques), as well when facing other tanks remember they strength and weaknesses, for example if you see doom block, punch him out of it, you see orisa spin and no gold punch her out of it, hog more then half hp down, bully him out of the self heal etc. For orisa and hog sometimes you can't do much but you need to know when you can punish them or they teammates (no hook pressure the others), bait some abilities from others, ana no sleep and no grande = free kill, keep tracking them because you can stop some ults. Overall not bad, but a lot of room for improvement, later on you will get more counters and it can be painful to play so basics how to get in and out is your bread and butter. Another tip you have a empower punch flank a bit keep the other team thinking your next step wasting time or go try to go in to kill and escape specially on attack. The higher the ladder the more you need to think and analyse your next move what to do in certain situations etc. (you want to play chess not checkers). Good luck and keep the grind.

If you want my advice stop jumping so much and stop wasting your cooldowns, bap has long cooldown times. Also your positioning is pretty bad most of the time and you need to get on an off angle or around cover, for example at the start you were in front of all the enemies anyone could have shot you like the hanzo who you are pretty lucky didn't kill you. Your ults were ok but on bap you don't need to give your team your ult all the time, you can be selfish with bap ults and it helps to get onhigh ground on an off angle before ulting.

Reaper needs like -less pellets -more accurate pellets -more damaging pellets. Basically give his shotguns 00buck instead of birdshot Aswell as -increased healing when damaging a tank -reduced damage from tanks Every other dps can do his job better, while either being More mobile, or further away. And in the case of getting up close to a cassidy, ur basically a free target if hes got his stun grenade since he can stun + 2shot you. Ashe can basically do the same thing with her dynamite + knockback into a few body shots If bastions assault mode, he basically spins on you and deletes you in half a second, despite u getting up close and laying a shot or 2 into his critical spot Basically not allowed to use teleport against a widow or hanzo or else youll just get insta headshot during the animation. Roadhog is still basically just a hard counter with his hook + 1 shot combo Zarya: out dpses reaper even if shes not full power Dva: again also outdpses Maugra: also out dps When half the roster of tank heroes are basically hard counters to reaper the tank killer, either the tanks have to change or reaper does. And it really sucks that everytime anyone suggests buffing him, the community basically just laughs at you going "hur dur beyblade meta"
