The Parkinson's Fight Club
United States
Приєднався 2 гру 2022
Fight Club is a community and a movement of people who choose to be resilient in the face of difficult circumstances. We focus on improving our mindset, improving our lifestyle, and always trying to be the best version of ourselves. We don't accept the status quo. We believe in progress. We fight, knowing we won't win every round, but we will keep getting back up when we get knocked down. We don't have a white towel to throw in. What we have is determination, perseverance, grit, and a refusal to give in to the disease.
Cultivating a healthy mindset is like maintaining a flowerbed
Lately I’ve been thinking about mindset like a flowerbed. You have to constantly be pulling the weeds out or they will get out of hand and choke the flowers out. I’ve been letting the weeds in my flowerbed and in my mind grow unfettered recently. I decided it was time to do something about it. I found this quite therapeutic. #mindset #parkinsonsdisease #yopd

Young Onset Parkinson's Diagnosis not keeping North Texas Endurance Athlete from Racing (WFAA Story)
Trash. Doesn’t work.
Im on imbrija also. Great video. Couple things ive noticed is putting the small in of the capsule in first. You can hear it spinning which is good to me. This way I think it ensures a better evacuation of the powder. Also puncturing the capsule in the vertical position allows for some powder to fall down into the pins and get stuck. Horizontal puncturing works best for me.
Thank god this was released for Parkinson’s disease.
Amazing.
Amazing.
This is an excellent review. I wishi had seen it months ago. I tried Inbrija, my doctor likes to experiment, but I sucked at inhaling so I tried snorting it--don't do as I do. It was better but I didn't dare tell my doctor... so I still have a couple of capsules for emergencies.
Amazing🙏🙏
INBRIJA is amazing. Thank you for sharing.
