I don't have the stick yet myself, but I'm pretty sure the empty five-pin header on the board is for a replacement stick...i.e., you can replace it without soldering. At least, that's what Mayflash said on Reddit.

Does G7 SE and X15 both work on ps4 and ps5 or no?

TYVM for this comparison. I've just had a third controller get drift on my xbox and was looking for options (only hall effect for me from on). But Im also very sensitive to mushy buttons. Perhaps one day we will get the perfect controller with hall effect sticks AND full microswitch buttons, but for now I'll go for the /bitdo ultimate wired xbox one

Honestly, I’ve got the game, sir and the new turtle beach. I paid for both of them and for $45. The game is pretty good but the turtle Beach is way better.

Should be mentioned you can turn on circularity by holding the left joystick for three seconds and then clicking the configure button. Test again and you’ll see an almost perfect result

Game Sir G7 SE also has Hall Effect Sticks. Everyone already has reviewed them.

Just picked up a used PS4 slim to play all the Dark Souls games I have missed out on. Just ordered the black/red onw with hall sticks. Didn't want to pay $60 for a PS4 controller these days what a joke. this looks like a great controller and paid only $25, ha ha ha!

I like it but I don't at the same time. It's hard to explain other then it doesn't thrill me the same as the OG.

I personally like the usb c since a lot of these controller have switch to usb c because it reduces input delay making it more responsive

This is the sort of thing I've been worried about in regards to PC gaming, I love Steam but seeing the PC game section at my local EBGames shrink and shrink until it finally disappeared was a little unnerving. Ever since I've tried my best to get what I can on GOG instead of Steam, but even then if I don't have EVERY game downloaded from GOG if it goes down, those games would be lost too.

Excellent review. Liked and subscribed. Got the X10 coming Monday, but want to know if you also could review the X15, (sounded like you were talking about it when you said "I want to grab their other controller" when you said it had "a lot of RGB"), and 2 different reviews said it had a better d-pad. (Cheaper than the X10, no extra face plates and no motion control.) I'm all about getting the best d-pad for the money. Thanks.

Actually, Steam OS on the Deck has a check box for Switch button layout. Just un-check that box on the settings for this controller and it will use the Xbox layout. Also, at the end, your audio mix was way too loud while talking.
