Where do you get your backing tracks from ? Can you recommend a decent source. Some of the overseas suppliers look a little hinky to me.

I have been trying all morning to import one of the performance packages following these directions exactly but without success. I get an error message--"Import Error"-- each time. I have tried various packages all with the same result. I am using a new 512 GB USB drive. Does anyone have any suggestion about what I'm doing wrong or that could be a reason of not working?

I don’t get it exactly. Are those harmonies tracks that you recorded yourself, or does the machine automatically take what you’re singing, and depending on how you’ve programmed it, generates a third above or third below or what have you seems like it would be a ton of extra work if you had to sing everything yourself. Also, can you program a song so that you don’t have to push the on and off button on the harmonies?

Dude, I was a strum bum for almost 40 years and I played all up and down the East Coast, the vineyard, Nantucket, Florida, blah blah blah, and I got to say to everybody that watching this video; you have done an unbelievable amount of work in programming this machinery. 400+ songs? That’s amazing! I think I knew about 200 or so songs and I played the same kind of material you’re doing so congratulations. Hard work! And the idea with the menu and having people text you, their song choices is brilliant. Let me ask you though, did you have the nerve to then send out messages to these people and let them know where you’re playing? the big deal now you know capturing peoples information! Anyway, very cool.

Gday Tim, mate I've recorded my backing tracks to run with IEMs. I have the cues and click on the Right and the music on the Left. Struggling to work out how to set up the VL3X to play the cues and click in my headphones only (not through FOH). Thoughts?

Hi. Great vid. I wonder could you tell me which settings you are using for fine tuning the harmonies? eg Humanize,Human style, portamento,smoothing, etc.....because you harmonies sound very natural. I have played around with various fine tunings, but am never as good as yours! Thanks.

Does anyone else use the VoiceLiveEditor app for their box? I recently discovered it and it’s totally bad a$$ for programming your box. Because it's GUI, it really simplifies editing and managing my presets, even backups, with the click of a mouse. And it can store up to 10,000 presets that I can download into my box! It advertises it allows the use of set-lists, but I haven't used that yet since I'm just getting started w/ both my VL box and the VoiceLiveEditor software.
