The writing on the magic circle, is made-up nonsense. Ra-Tilt works, because, if you recall, in Slayers: Ra-Tilt is an Astral attack that is focused against the astral body of a target. It does very little to humans, but it is particularly devastating to monsters, who exist more in their Astral body than mortal beings.

the bombs have a face. they face the direction that link was when it was placed. if the bomb is facing the darknuts shield then he takes no damage. red darknuts take 1 bomb blast and blues take a bomb and 1 sword strike.

if you bomb the vires (Blue guys who turn to bats) they will die in one hit and leave items
