Good tip to help feeding self adhesive sheets.. Either rub spray powder or talc around all the edges or spray silicone spray.

Do you have any recommendations for what to buy supplies for the windmill? We have one in our facility and I would like to start doing some embossing on it, but need assistance with where to get dies made and any pieces we may need to be able to do this.

Love to see the old Windmill. I have to say as someone who ran one for 15 years we always used guides and never opened the flap on any envelope. We would makeready with scotch tape to allow for the different thicknesses.

I need help, I'm repairing and repainting a Heidelberg windmill. We've reassembled everything, but one of my guys who took the machine apart with me forgot where this one small part was originally attached to. It's this small handle type thing and we can't figure out where it's supposed to go. Any chance you can help me? This is the part I'm talking about: i.ibb.co/1fWjK1h/20220611-152943.jpg

Great video - really appreciate you sharing all this information. Any suggestions on where to find jackets for these? We were sold a used one (which we wanted to use for basic die-cutting) but we have no jackets with the machine. When we did our setup it also seemed like the impression was much higher near the top than the bottom. I believe that might be fixed with packing behind the jacket as I don't see any other way to adjust? ryan.e.gilchrist@gmail.com. Would love some feedback! Thanks :)

Would love to see how you run 4 inch coasters on the windmill. Is it the same as the envelopes set up (commercial mode)?
