with that money I can live in California state with a nice weather. Austin is nice but not for that price.
Austin has great weather, no income tax, great gas prices, and a whole different vibe than California. As a whole, homes are considerably cheaper. San Fran vs. Austin. But everyone is different in what they are looking for and what makes sense to them.

And the more interested place you can access is New Orleans after drive 8 hours. You’re right that my personal experience living in Austin for 9 years. But the people here is very good for me is the best about living in Austin. Is a special city yes it is in my short opinion mostly for the austineans the original hippie texan vibes is very unique and for sure they are good people. I always appreciate walking in the street and see everybody smiling and in good mood. But I’m ready for moving out I just can’t no more with this weather, the allergies and the price is getting really crazy. Regards bro no big deal. Texas is more big that Spain and Portugal together is a lot land for everybody who wants to come here.
hi I need your advice, if I will be working in the domain (city), would be better to live in lakeline area or in balcones club in Austin?
I live in Lakeline. A big factor would be how close you live to Parmer Lane. it’s great access to Domain. Balcones Club apartments would be worse commute because you’d have to use 183 and then circle back, gets very congested. Parmer is much easier drive. Great road. Anywhere in Austin honestly. Property in Austin should do very well over the coming years/decades. San Antonio has a lower cost per unit, depending on budget and location!
