GVG is broken, cant enjoy it, attacking or defending. 3 fights ago I went 2-6 vs. PandasBIG, next 2 fights I've gone 20-0 losing ZERO of my demon core. Didn't change gear or comp or position. GVG is only playable in the higher up ranks if ur farming 500-1000 gear raids a day for demon shards.

I will not be suprised if in the future you will see those 2 faces on each team..i think its really cool to see if we can use most of the champions on GVG,utilizing and making strategies on them..not hoping to end using these boring setup

We agree with you kori, totally unfair, we should complain with moonton the matchmaking is shitty at the moment. Destined did mention multiple times that it's a Hail Mary strat, if you dont find any other good teams, this could be a way to catch a win. Thanks for the extra info!

What if each hero could only be deployed one time per stronghold? And maybe only one team per player then to compensate for limited hero pools. It’d be really interesting to see what kind of teams people come up with then.

Haha oh no! I knew this was coming! I have since fixed my defenses and I HOPE they aren't so easy next time Damn, I didn't even realize archers would snipe Prateus that fast! (have I said I don't like GvG? ) My 2nd team I've changed out Arrogance for Sun Wukong and changed positions a little.

Rng for friendly faceoffs is the same when you hit restart, need to backout to change it up. So Ai crystals will all go in the same spot and Brokkir freezes will happen at the same time (more or less) until you do so. But yeah this strat is pretty bad. Unfortunately there's no other way for us to beat this team if it's well built.

I know it's weird for someone in a guild hoping to hit top 256 this season (only to then get spanked by your guild) to be critiquing you, but why are you sending Necros into AoE M.DMG? The Cyrus is facing forward, so surely the correct play is: 1. Fool & IPG 2. SC & AS 3. Repeat 4. Archers to clear platforms 5. Score with dogs

people just attack the same way all the time no one ever try to find a new way to attack, that's the issue copy paste copy paste the youtube's attack and defence. If no one were making videos of gvg defence it would be a different game.

Rates aren't the real problem, buckets are. It's obvious that new players accounts are boosted. So are UA-camrs accounts (never saw a UA-camr doing the bad pulls players get). But accounts that aren't boosted are put in buckets. I don't know if they're random or depend on money/time spent/region but it's obvious we don't all get the same odds. I see videos or read comments of people getting multiple legendaries over 200/300 pulls (like you Kory), you know what I get over 300 pulls ? Nothing else than the obligatory 200 pulls legendary. I can spend weeks pulling for ancients without a single one. You got both Praetus and Ingrid... I pulled for both. Put 60 ancient summons on Praetus without a single drop. Put 40 on Ingrid/Ardea for squat. The last ancient I pulled for and got was Aracha a month ago. My best guess is that this is not random at all, it's a marketing strategy where low spending players (like me) are given sh*tty odds to try and push us to spend more, whales probably get an adjusted rate depending on the money they spend (spend enough, get the high bucket, don't spend much get the low bucket). F2P players probably end up on one or the other based on time spent, country of origin, etc. It's a marketing tool and it's not the first game I see using a revenue generation system like that.

Totally agree....the only way is to have OP demons...which is basically too expensive and/or too long to achieve. Just spent last 3 weeks in GR2 to get 16 parts of the angel which will allow me to reach lvl 4...and got none in like 3 to 4.000 runs....thats not accettable.... Hope they fix this....

It's absolutely ridiculous, and sadly ironic, that you can get so much out of using skill, versus p2w, but gvg(pvp) is held back, not by a paywall, because you can't pay for better gear or do shorter runs, but by rng in farming demon soldiers.

They should implement a weekly ban on ceratin hero to show TRUE defense strategies not this meta comp that makes the gvg so boring.

They’ve given plenty of USS out lately to boost your BP heroes to take out these teams, but everyone wanted to boost PvE heroes (like monkey king) then complain about gvg. Answer is simple… farm more & get better BP gear if you want to be successful in GvG

S1-S3 was peak gvg. Now it all comes down to the direction of the content. If money talks, peasants like me will never have a chance, but if they wanna make it competitive and team oriented, then there is surely a lot of ways to fix it.

Your not wrong about fat man an legs being OP an breaking the game on some ways and your also not wrong about needing map variety. But your also not all the way correct either. What i mean is, there other contributing factors. 1) BP, i dont care how good a team is, if the gear/BP aint there, then it will lose. - i call this “getting BP’d” 2) competency of the comp, like u eluded to, theres other factors such as carnellion fir example. Those factors are just as important 3) ability to atk, timing has to be precise and you must have the BP/affiliations to not get BP’d on the other end. 4) competency of the atk (same as 2 but the opposite side of things) I have always been an advocate that fat man an legs r busted. I now have both (a2 fat man an a1 legs) and i stand by it. They are busted. The caveat is, they are also very rare. Arbitor an chaos to a degree are designed to be the pay to win factions an you should get what you pay for. Imagine the backlash if they obsoleted these 2? Imagine the backlash if they nerf’d them or limited them? Analogy: If i spend the $ or get super lucky an have a ferrari and you have a honda civic cause it was free or what you could afford and we race (no matter the track) dont u think u should expect to lose the race? Maybe u der perfect circumstances you can beat me BUT 9/10 times its not even close. All that is to say, more variety an viable options are welcome an i would love it to be so. Maps are NOT the answer. Alls map changes do is create a new meta. There will always be a “meta comp” so why do we care if its praetus/ingrid? Very long winded but limiting their use is a bad bad idea. They r the hardest to get so when u get em, it should be worth the investment, beneficial, and while i agree they are cracked, it should be so. You should have an advantage if u get em.

I saw a good suggestion somewhere - assign 3 factions to each tower/keep, and only lord bonuses from those faction work. So only 1 in 3 people can run a full power Arbiter team. And you'll hopefully see a bunch of other factions. And people can still run that lineup, but it will be beatable. For matchmaking, I don't mind it pairing you with someone +- 4 places, I just think the swings for wins/losses are way too high. So all the teams are still bouncing up and down wildly, with very few close battles.

I really don't think this is the case. I get they've had some slip ups. Like any game, there are glitches and exploits. But as someone with notoriously bad luck on every 15x, I got A5 wukong in under 300 summons (only 1 stone) and I pulled 2 Praetus back to back on the last Valderon banner. It's all luck. Most of us have it bad. Some (like one of my guild mates) pull 4 leggos in a single 10 pull
