A Police Officer discharging duties without wearing any of the official uniform of the police force, in which country is that done? And you aren't an operative of the DSS or a non uniformed security agency. The uniform is the symbol of authority as a police officer and outside that, i don't belief Mr omoyele Sowore should engage with you on such matters. However, a proper uniformed police chief should perform that engagement instead. Moreover, In that same Evidence Act 2023 as amended, statements, evidences or reports can be given either in written or other forms of record. The DIG isnt even sound/enlightened about the section he wanted to quote😅. Maybe the intelligent PRO of the police force could have done the job instead. We need to do things right in this country.
