from what i learned that i have three american mercedes they have less power than the european ones , don´t understand why also in europe never saw a 420

nice , i have two also and a SLC, 350SL and 500SL and 450SLC, of this body style 73-89 while the next was already available , but also have the 50´s and 60´s body also the 89 500SL ,the 50´s is a 190 and the 63 is a 230 and the 67 is a 280, the last two were the named pagode´s

what about the soft top it is still in place, never seen it like this, what a fog light in the back isn´t original ,at least in Europe isn´t just maybe like the crazy four orange lights in each corner of the car

i colect mercedes but it started with all i bought i never sold them with the years it´s a colection but nice it as the bench to drink beer in wintertime with warm to our backs as in my C123 300turbo diesel from Canada, in europe only gasoline, i know some guys that put a v8 on the c123, from mercedes, the 350 or 3.5L engine

you got the last year of production ,mine is a 73 and a 78 also never took the hardtop as i had already did with a 67 280SL, in 89 i bought the 500SL
