Spent 3 days hiking the Laugavegur Trail in Iceland. I went in the opposit direction, from Þórsmörk to Landmannalaugar. This way I had the trail for myself at least till midday. The weather was surprisingly good, sunny days and cold nights. Wind was everywhere and crossing rivers refreshing ;) So far my favourite hike. #iceland #laugavegur #hiking #trip #camping #trekking #mountains #volcano

In July 2022 Yuwei and I went on a hike in the Dolomites. We planned to spend 4 days on the Alta Via 1 route in Italy. On Day 1 we managed to put up tents just before a thunderstorm. And at the end of the next day I got food poisoning and that concluded the trip. 00:00 Intro 01:15 Day 1 05:04 Day 2

In April 2022 Yngve Skorge and I went on a hike in the Drakensberg along the border of South Africa and Lesotho. We covered half of the planned distance due to poor weather and injury on Day 4. Cold nights, rusks and coffee, vultures and helicopters were the highlights of our hike.

Mam nadzieję, że buty i namiot się sprawdziły bo biorę podobny zestaw :)
Ale plecak strasznie mały i wygląda na pusty.
Plecak jest stosunkowo mały, na drona mam dodatkowa torbę. Postawiłem na lekki sprzęt. Namiot jest dość niski, przez co wejście/wyjscie jest utrudnione. Bralbym coś wyższego, jeśli byłoby w tej samej wadze. Buty były nowe na ten hike, bo spodziewałem się deszczu. Zaczęły mnie uwierać trzeciego dnia. Teraz na mokrą pogodę mam La Sportova Uragano GTX - sprawdziły się na wyspach owczych, gdzie ciągle padało.
I'd never finish the trail cause I'd want to just sit there and stare at that beautiful view!

Wow how does this not have more views! For the helicopter was that preplanned? And is it expensive? I’m currently trying to plan a backpacking trip somewhere in Africa!
It wasn't planned. The entrance fee includes rescue service

Very nice footage... I'm planning to do this in september, I'm a landscape/nature photographer... I was wondering if you had to get a permit for drone footage in the Fjallabak nature reserve (im assuming some of the shots later in the video are from there, the first part the drone should not be a problem from what I researched) and if so how much did it cost, also is there any of the huts with a charging camera/drone/phone option? Thanks

This is the best video about Laugavegur I have seen so far. I love this hike even though we had a day of fog. I was here in 2021.
Stunning footage so representative of time up there. Snow on the southern facing slopes that don’t get much sun survives longer than other snow, but this generates some of the best drinking water in the world. Beautiful cold ready to drink from the streams.

1) Skagfjörðsskáli, Emstrur, Álftavatn 2) 16kg including filming gear 3) every hut has toilets otherwise biodegradable tissues :)
