I am not able to confront this toxic frnd bcos of the same frnd grp and also i dont think they would even repect me enough to listen to me, rather they will play the victim, its like talking to a brick She is right next to me dng all this and i am not able to do anything but watch. I am hating myself more for this. Ryt now i think i need to have distance with them, avoiding them is difficult.
I understand you, it's even harder when it's from a friend group. 😓 My best advice is, don't be ashamed. Try to find out why you feel that way, perhaps you need to build self-esteem or set boundaries. Sometimes, you need to remove yourself from unhealthy environments to heal properly and realize what aligns with your true self and brings you peace.🤍
