This was a student project. They did not provide the part files only the animation. Sorry, but you should be able to make the bulb using a simple revolve.

This video is no help. There is no sound to explain what is being done. Not a fan of the book either which omits key information that a new user would need to understand the software or includes incorrect steps. I found better sources for Revit tutorials from Lynda.com

Elise Moss might like the audio adjusted. There's a public program called Audacity for doing this and sweetening the sound quality. Linear editing can bring nice improvements. From Rick

The easiest way to see the ribbon is to go to View->Workspace->Default
