The FSP Group Hydro Ti PRO 1000 W is a 1000 W fully modular ATX 3.0 power supply with an additional fan mode. Priced at $299.99, the Hydro Ti PRO 1000 W can be purchased on various online retailers. Alongside this heavy price tag, the power supply itself is heavy, but it will give 1000 W of dependable, well-regulated, and efficient power.
Though it has a steep price, it provides exceptional voltage regulation, steady excursion handling, and high efficiency at low loads, making it an excellent choice for power users. However, it lacks support for newer ATX versions and includes only a 12VHPWR cable, albeit with premium sleeving. As the first Titanium rated power supply we’ve tested, it sets the stage for efficiency levels, with high efficiency at low loads.

i ran one of these in my current sff build (5800x). when i upgraded from a 2070super to an 7900xt, it didnt work so well. the thing was still technically in its power budget as far as i could calculate but the power supply was constantly overheating, not sure if it was faulty or not but i upgraded to an sf1000l to give me a bit better margins.

Does the 850w variant have the same problem?
This is the most boring video that I have ever watched, but we need MORE! Keep on the great work
Could you guys rate them at the end for different categories, like noise lifespan price compatibility and so on?
this channel is super useful
It doesn't have UVP ???
A lot of data being thrown, but there is nothing to reference it against (like performance of other PSUs in its class). As an average consumer how do I know if the numbers are even good or bad?
Thanks linus, labs helped me pick this power supply at best buy
Would love to see tests for darkFlash PMT750.
What is this AI schlopp
Can anyone recommend the best overall 750 or 850 watt supply please?
Was looking into this PSU specifically for an upgrade and this was mega helpful.
Can it fit on the Lian li o11 vision compact ?
Why are you testing at 115V? This isn't a standard in any country, and its only 2.2v from being out of the USA standard spec of 120v
Do the MSI MAG 650bn next please!
Please also review higher end BeQuiet Power supplys from the dark base line
@PSU Circuit , can you test the famous corsair HX1000i? Would be wonderful to know if it can live up to its fame
you have great staff don't be lazy by using a TTS voice especially if your gonna take a sponsor just shows lack of care and makes it feel like a easy cash grab
Please review MSI MAG850GL 850 watts 80 plus gold power supply Atx 3.0 PCIE 5 ready. Thank you.
the AI Voice is a bit cringe.
Computer is idle and I can hear it from across the room...sending back.
Please, check the NZXT C1500, seems to be the best price to performance 1500w ATX 3.1 PSU ATM.
Is this an AI voice?
Please stop using AI voices in these videos. The fact that you're refusing to pay an actual human for this job makes me question the entire methodology you're using for actual PSU testing. I understand this is just a video version of an article, but if you can't even put in the effort to record voiceover, how am I supposed to trust that you're putting in effort to other parts of the review? It just feels like you're putting in the least amount of effort possible for this.
We are using text to speech because it also helps automate the editing process by keeping the timing consistent. All testing is done by humans. This channel makes $39/month right now in adsense. It will take time to scale and make the costs make sense. For now we are just trying to minimize the bleeding to give the tram a nice long runway to build this incredible resource for the PC building community. -LS
@@PSUCircuit almost puts you to sleep listening to the slow drone voice
@@PSUCircuit Completely get that, and it's awesome it's all human-checked. But the TTS voiceover makes it seem very fake. A crappy basic voiceover that isn't super professional would be so much better. Surely there is one person in the team who doesn't mind speaking for a few minutes?
Came from the amd tech upgrade vid
Just found out LTT had a channel exclusive for PSUs
I'm surprised they didn't tell everyone or maybe I missed it
I'm getting the Loki 1200T can you guys check it out?
I have two of the 850w version of these, first one since 2021 - running great practically everyday, maxing out at around 400-500w loads. Was happy with it, so I bought another for my son's SFF - that one, exactly the same experience so far after six months. Don't know what happened here with the 750w version in the labs, sad to see :(
I'm going to buy it on Wednesday. For 159 eur 👍
3:24 Erm, the write-up specifically says it lacks UVP, unlike this graphic.
Whoops! Good catch. We'll get this fixed and replaced. Thank you! - Bell
Thanks for the test results. Won't be going anywhere near NZXT though.
I think that the low views are caused because people don't know the channel, I watch Linus since 2017/2018 and just discovered this channel. Maybe a list of all channel on LTT description would help...
This is one of the best PSUs currently on the market :)
These videos are very important, good job doing it. Commenting, watching and liking just to keep this going!
FSP continue to make decent PSUs! Too bad it's always out of stock whenever I check the sites.
I will watch, comment and like every single one of these just to contribute to the channel so LTT doesn't stop this, its so important
I will watch, comment and like every single one of these just to contribute to the channel so LTT doesn't stop this, its so important
See this is what I love to see, a PSU brand I didn't know who makes good psus. I wonder if they are consistent at 80+ gold.
FSP has been a big player in the PSU game for a very long time, but mostly they manufacture for others rather than pushing their own brand.
I will watch, comment and like every single one of these just to contribute to the channel so LTT doesn't stop this, its so important
I also am watching and liking every video this channel puts out.. I know at some point I'll be looking for power supply stats and I need this channel up and running when I do lol
It is, but it feels like PSUs alone shouldn't be the whole channel
@@SeanOfEarth that's the whole point, a centralized location for eventually EVERY PSU, easily accessible to people who are looking to purchase one
I will watch, comment and like every single one of these just to contribute to the channel so LTT doesn't stop this, its so important
it would be great if you could add a live scoring list of the PSU tier for each Wattage category (750, 850, 1000 etc.), so that each time you have tested a new PSU, you just insert the data, and the live list automatically updated, and we able to view the update as well 😊
I will watch, comment and like every single one of these just to contribute to the channel so LTT doesn't stop this, its so important
The description says it comes with a 12hpwr cable, but I just bought one and it came with 12v2x6 cable, and the psu connection also says 12v2x6.
even better
Mine from ~6 months ago is 12VHPWR. Guess they silently revised it in newer units. Also, did the 12V-2x6 revision only affect the GPU socket?
hell yes. you just made my decision much easier.
Where did you buy it?

You may wonder “why are they doing this?” “why the ai voice?” The low performance of these videos does not justify paying a human a reasonable wage to read a script and edit the audio or video to match. The standardized script, filming, testing, and editing has all been optimized and automated as much as possible. Even with these optimizations, these videos are likely losing money due to the costs of testing the PSUs so thoroughly. That’s why they’re using an AI script. You may ask, “why not just make an article about it?” And they already have! But ad revenue is so poor on written media that it has 0% chance of being organically discovered or profitable. These videos offer an alternative format that takes advantage of UA-cam’s Adsense and algorithm that at least has a chance of being more than a reference. It also allows for people that do not want to read an article to still get great information about PSUs. To take a note from the to reply to my comment on their last video, these are not meant to be entertainment. This is a written article in video form.
Thanks for your service. And thanks for rewording a bit the first sentence. ^^
It hurts their reputation and reliability as an academic source if they can't even bother to use a real human for these videos. The fact that they're using AI at all makes me question the efficacy of their entire testing procedure.
@@aetherpointwhy would them using speechify/alternative delegitimise their extensive testing process? using a real voiceover would slow down production massively
I don't know any better so feel free to teach me otherwise but I don't see how a single member of the entire team isn't able to provide a basic voiceover? It doesn't have to be professional but feels a long way ahead over TTS imo.
@@Ikram232 They all already have a full time job. Doing the voice over would mean not doing something else. And the fraction of cent these videos will bring is just not worth paying minimum wage.
would be nice to see a test of the 2024 version of the Corsair sf750
Didn’t they just do this one? I wish they put the manufacturing date in the title…
@Marc.Google no. they did review the original sf750, but there's an updated ATX 3.1 gen 5 cable version for 2024. You can recognize it by it's fan grill

There’s currently a platinum 850w super flower on sale on new egg from 250 to 99 usd. Does anyone see a reason not to get this if I plan on needing it sooner or later?
dude... question I desperately need help I NEED to change my psu but it needs to be 10 cm tall, my case can only handle it being that tall, I wanted to change it to this one; ASUS TUF Gaming 850W Gold (850 Watt, ATX 3.0 Compatible, Fully Modular Power Supply, 80+ Gold. But.... it says tall it´s 150mm meaning 15cm :( these are the dimensions: 150 x 150 x 86 mm Please tell me I'm reading it wrong and that tallnes on that one it´s 86mm and not 150 m, I´m honestly not sure... that´s why I am asking... if anyone can help I would deeply appreciate it!
length x width x height also it is a square power supply so two sides being equal means third must es shorter which is height
