around 13:35 you are saying cost threshold value will be in seconds like value 5 its not about time in seconds its about query subtree cost, Sql server will decide whether it can run in parallel or not based on cost threshold value if query cost is greater than 5 which is default value then it will run in parallel based on MAXDOP value, If its 0 it will use all the processor if need.

Use Perfmon and Resource Monitor: These tools can be used to track and optimize memory usage effectively. Check IO Wait Types: Look for wait types related to IO, such as IO Completion, Backup IO, Async IO Completion, and Resource Semaphore, as they might indicate high memory usage. Investigate Query Memory Grants: Identify any queries that are consuming large memory grants, which could contribute to high memory utilization. Long-Running Queries: Check for long-running queries that may be consuming excessive memory over time. Max Server Memory Configuration: As you mentioned, maintaining a 70-75% max server memory configuration is crucial to ensure smooth operation and prevent memory pressure.
