I have been apendix carrying granulate tape for a month and so far I can say it is ok on skin but its pretty harsh on clothes fabric. Its good to wear thick tshirts

My hands can get sweaty so I probably need the granulated

I put the rubber grips on my M&P 45 2.0 that I had because the stock grips are too aggressive. Do you like 2.0 grips?

I had to change from the sandpaper type to rubber because it was wearing out any clothing that rubbed against it.

I just ordered the rubber grips for my glock 20. I'm going to photo copy it, and if it's not aggressive enough, I'll get some skateboard grip tape from the local skate shop for 5 bucks and make my own granulated ones.

My shield 2.0 in 45 has great grip texture. I wouldn’t trade it for anything but maybe that’s newer models or just the 45.

I have the rubber texture talon grips on my all black glock 43x I think they feel good in my hands I got big hands so it helps a lot

Sandpaper for me. I just put them on my Glock 20. The grip of the sandpaper grips is 10 times better than the rubber. I also have a Handleit sandpaper grip for my G26. Those grips include a little piece for your off- hand thumb. That is a gage changer.

I apprendix carried and sandpaper def digs into ur skin if you move around alot. Had to swap it out to rubber

First time I shot my Glock 43x, that little sucker snapped hard. Even though it’s my first gun that I ever shot, the Gradulated Grip would be nice and better because I can get sweaty palms easily during situations and the grip tape reminds me of my skateboard so it’s a regular comfortable touch for me.

I bought the rubber grips and absolutely hated them. Ended up trying the granulated and will never use anything else. If it is too aggressive on your skin then just sand that side down a little.

I got the rubber on both my Glock and M&P shield, I prefer it

I’ve heard if they are too gripy some people actually sand of a little bit of the talon grip, and you are still left with a very aggressive grip just not super aggressive.

Very good and fair review. I chose the Talon Pro rubber grips for my EDC Glock 48 and am very, very happy with them. I think they are well suited for a single stack pistol where you get a firmer grip on the weapon from the get-go anyway. Granulated would almost certainly be better for double stacks, especially Glock double stacks. I don't think you can go wrong with either granulated or rubber grips from Talon, it really is just a personal preference thing. Choosing Talon grips over paying for a stipple job was a no-brainer. I had them on and running within a few minutes from getting them out of my mail box and the difference in cost paid for AmeriGlo Night Sights, three Shield Arms S15 magazines and a Shield Arms aluminum mag release.

New glock owner had my gun for only a year. The granulated grips are way better. First thing I did after owning my gun. I highly recommend this if your new to shooting glocks, because they defiantly shoot different then any other gun I’ve shot.

I use the Talon granulated grips on all my Carry Glocks & I've tried the rubber but couldn't handle the G27 with 2 finger grip but with the granulated makes it easy too control the little G27 40 cal. accurately. They are really grippy new but smooth out with time & still retain it's grippy texture for a long time. Usually they last several years .

I have both grip types but I would recommend the granulated for everything that is double stack. Rubberized are good for smaller guns with a single stack and without a pinky hold. I have a Taurus 380 and with the rubber grips it feels like it sticks to your hand you don't even need the pinky extension.

I like the sandpaper grips also but mine don’t look anything like yours, yours look brand new, if you actually carry and shoot the sandpaper they easily fad especially where you grip the gun, that particular Glock with the sandpaper grips has not been shot or carried for much for it too be in that great of condition, must have changed them out for the video
