This is NOT the Wild Wild West song although , the placement of the partners & dance steps Are correct . I learned this years & years { early 90's } ago in the Tampa , Fla. region To the w.w.w. song which had an easy to follow tempo & rhythm that suited This {w.w.w } song Perfectly . I Suppose you Can dance it to this Beatle's (?) song , as proved here but it seems it would be more difficult with that weaker beat (?)

Wonderful! The affection between them and the pleasure in the singing is such that to watch them (especially in this close-framed video) is like sitting in on some really lovely home music making in the living room or around the kitchen table.

The lovely lady with her arms outstretched at the end looks beautiful and moves with total grace.
