You need to add "stupid" to your title. Your wrong about the appeal process. Beyond that Trump is the former president of the United States. What you're missing is how the trial was conducted. No case has been conducted in this manner with all of the ethical violations along with illegal jury instructions. This case was a guilty set up from the beginning. About 5 1/2 into the video I have a friend who lives on ocean drive but the water side and he purchased the 2 orange circlar boats that where at the trade center parking lot ,he is wanting them to be a short term rental .they are in his back yard. You can probably see them from the park on ocean drive

I agree! My father and I have years talked about how the rich are getting richer and the hard workers are getting poorer. Something needs to change! I grew up on a farm and surrounded by working farms that were slowly destroyed by rich fat cats. What a shame!!!

I can tell you that the Japanese AKA sushi restaurant downtown is owned by a mean South Korean lady who will have your car towed!! They also serve previously frozen fish with the freezer burn cut off and re-serve rice and california rolls that were not eaten from previously sold plates. Ghetto? Absolutly. Lived there, worked there. The place smells awful.

Padre Island is the place to live if you have to move to the Corpus area. CC is an old and dirty city. Employment there is geared towards the service industry. Low wage city.

Great message. This is not just photos... any art form... music, films, art, photos, even a YT video. I recall my art teacher telling me that a lot of the "greats" were not often liked during their lives, and only found "fame" after they passed on... often decades later or hundreds of years later.

This is such an important aspect of photography! I think it should be included in classes more, too. I know entering photo contests can have a similar effect on me, especially if the photo doesn't pass the first tier. I always say photo has to be for me, but it's always a balance with trying to process feedback. People love photos I may not like as much as others, and that can be confusing. Thanks for the video!

There’s some “ghetto” areas but it’s mostly middle class.

I’m originally from Port Arthur, TX area but live in Massachusetts. Every time I drive from Houston to Port Arthur I ask the same question ‘why would you build a refinery and highway right there’? Terrible planning compared to some other states. Anyways, I’m looking for a condo to come back to TX. I guess I have to mark Corpus off the list unfortunately.

It's a shitty little town. It's corrupt, my son was accused of something got arrested we went through hell ,having to drive there for court from Houston ugly city. The judge said we don't want him in Corpus in our streets, basically guilty till proven innocent. All this bs, my wife crying every time we went there 20 grand lost ! The prosecutor dropped the case, the person said they were lying. No apology from judge or prosecutor. FUC$ Corpus
