You always have to remember with doorass and these other delivery apps are getting paid by the customers and merchants so they gonna do anything they gotta do to get em done and get em done cheap. In most business models where a company like doorass was making money off of the merchants they would pay them a commission. Thats how it usually works. But in this scam they raping both sides. The customer and merchants. So maybe you think they'd give drivers a break?? Hell no they gang raping everyone.

Jeff. I have a different perspective, DD is laying a trap for people to join the W2 plantation. They will be at Doordash beck and call. You can’t write off any expenses and they will drive you all over the ends of the earth. Amazon does this too and they have drivers quitting every day. 1099 for life!

Well in Massachusetts Doodash will pay $15/hr if a driver uses Earn By Time so it'll be an easy transition. Also Uber Eats will let you work by the Hour in Dallas too

This is definitely a response from these cheap companies to all the drivers that are declining theft pay orders. Instead of trying to pay more (cause they have the money and then some more to do so), they decide to act in the XIX century way and hire slaves. I hope congress put them in their place ASAP!!!

I agree with you bro. I also think this a good old bait and switch yet again. I think that they're also losing a lot of money on orders that aren't being fulfilled. The tier system isn't working as well as they thought, just like the high priority program and the top dasher program didn't work well in the past. They even created earn by time, and that doesn't seem to be working as well. They aren't about to give drivers tips, since drivers will be hourly and most likely won't be able to see tips upfront anymore, they will be using Drivers own money to compensate them for gas and miles driven, all those huge catering orders tips drivers will no longer see, and DoorDash will just use that money to "reimburse miles driven". UberEats will soon follow, they've already been offering hourly pay aka earn by time in select areas as well. These companies are losing way too much money because drivers aren't taking the terrible orders anymore. The honey moon phase is over for most of their stupid programs that are supposed to give drivers more money, or more flexibility like the ability to dash now. I do agree with you as well that they are most definitely understand some sort investigation or will be seeing an investigation soon for their shady practices.

My issue is that the state contrls what you make even though you are motivated to grind harder they still manage your wage plus add your tip like they gave you something until you see the breakdown 😮.The question will be are they going to provide a vehicle? and yes I'm one that got deactivated 😮
