PODDARESHWAR RAM MANDIR, a very big, well managed & famous Hindu Religious Temple of god RAM and SHIVA, situated in Central India i.e. at Nagpur City, is today described as the proud of Nagpur City.
Shobhayatra is flagged off every year from Poddareshwar Ram Mandir on Ram Jayanti also known as Ram Navmi. Shobhayatra means a procession moving through various parts of the city. It Consist of various Idols made up of clay depicting the Hindu lords, good over bad incidents during the time when lords used to exist.
This Shobhayatra is very famous in Nagpur and a huge crowd gathers near the selected route of the Shobhayatra to view the grand procession. The Shobhayatra shows the artistic minds of the painters and sculptures all over Nagpur.
