retail has definetely a lot of positive points, its not all negative. I usually shit on retail but I do play and enjoy retail from time to time. It does have a lot lot lot more things to do every single day and thats is awesome, gameplay and spells are a lot more polished and fun in general (not all). The biggest problems retail has and the reason everyone shits on it its because it lost every single aspect of community, grouping does not matter, factions do not matter, realms do not matter, even guilds in general do not matter anymore. Its all gone and turned into a single player game. It can be fun, it absolutely can but it misses a lot of he aspects that got us hooked on wow to begin with and it will become boring after 1 or 2 seasons. Its the friends that pull you to game, its the community, and retail lost it all
