Спасибо дорогая сестра !!! Благословит тебя Господь!!!
Same thing happening with my 2013 honda pilot touring 3.5l
Thanks for the video! Having never soldered before, this was a tall task. But I made sure to just cover the area with the solder and it worked! Baby will be rocking in style again
Very useful video 🙏🏼 Thank you!!!
I’m just a mom trying to fix my daughters swing and I give up I don’t understand anything on your video. It’s became a manual swing my arm does all the work and this is the only place she stays asleep meanwhile I clean. 😏
In your case I would suggest you buy the replacement motor unit from Graco, part number 1910135. I paid $32 after shipping and taxes. It beats buying an entire new swing. By the way, the motor unit is the entire top section that the swing rests on (with the pipes included), so very minimal assembly required. Hope this helps. -Victor

This worked . I will probably still get the fuse, my thought without looking at the schematic but based on where the fuse is at. The fuse protects the rest of the board from being destroyed, rather just get a fuse then destroy the board. Thanks for the help this was a great video!!
My boiler suddenly stopped working and so, appreciate this video on showing how to fix it! Is there more information on how to attach the new fuse? Thanks!
@@vltree yes I used a crimp connector. You can find a set of terminal crimp connectors at your local hardware store. I cut off the section where the wire inserts and used that. (Instead of buying specialty barrel crimp connectors) You can also solder, but you have to be quick because you can blow the thermal fuse if you heat it up too much.

They do look like shit but they aren't sweated. They are brazed. You don't clean the pipe when you braze. Stabrite 8 is trash and can't hold up to 410a pressures despite what Harris says

Dude thank you for this video, we took ours apart to the same spot you did and needed confirmation that the fan blade is not removable how frustrating!
Thanks for the video. So you must always break the mounting bolts lose before using the adjustment screw... Do you know if I can use a cheap belt tension gauge which is mainly used for motorcycle belt tension on the automotive belt to set the tension?
@@waynewilliams6010 if it works , I don’t see why not. I tightened until the belt stopped squeaking, then tightened just a little bit more. I mostly recorded this for my own future reference. Glad you found it helpful.
@@victork3397 Thanks for your response. With a little extra research I found the Kirkit Tension Guage 91107 which seems to be just what I need to get the right tension, which I guess is 125lbs as shown in my owners manual. Thanks again!
@@victork3397 Hi, Wayne again, I didn't have luck putting my new alternator on as something is out of alignment such that the belt is getting damaged on the side toward the passenger side of the belt... I'm trying to figure out if when installing the alternator I should put the mounting bolts in until they are almost completely tight and then adjust the tension screw (which is essentially what I did) or should the mounting bolts be very loose and adjust the tension screw first? I'm confused - I did something wrong and I can't figure out what it is. Any thought are appreciated.
I wish you would have shown how to take it apart.
5x Phillips head screws need to be removed from the bottom of the unit. 4 are on the “rim” and one is directly beneath the battery compartment. Do not remove the hex screws on the rotating part, you will not be able to reassemble it if you remove these screws.
I had to cut that part out to keep the video short.
@@victork3397 yeah I got it but I couldn’t figure out how to get the one piece off. We had to throw the swing part away. Kept the bouncer

I did exactly as shown in the video. Removed the fused and used solder as a bridge. It came back to life! However, within seconds, the chip on D6 (right below fuse), began to get very hot. A few seconds later, it visibly cracked and was smoking when power was connected to the unit. Any ideas on how to fix that?
D6 is a diode. Did any solder from the fuse touch the d6 solder when you powered up?
When I set these I always write what date it was installed and what psi it was set at. That way the next person comes in and they can see when it was installed and how much pressure to add. Saves the next guy having to dig for a gauge
Happened to me once, broke the core and it was just leaking everytime i tried to unthread it. Pumped the unit down, and was able to remove the tool, and replace the Schrader valve no problem.

My Johnson Controls unit is the same design...probably just branded differently. Horrible designs obviously designed by engineers who don't care about their customers! I ended up using a spray foam cleaner and a paint brush along with a small hand held pressure sprayer to clean the fan. Spend two hours trying to take it apart just to find out the same thing you did.. Frustrating. I wish I would have known this about minisplits...they are high maintenance! Should have stuck with my window units!
Hey Viktor. The driver side is not as cold as the passenger side. Any advice on what the problem is? My ac compressor was just replaced, I was only getting hot air blowing out and it was the factory original. I have Freon in it, it has been vacuumed as well.
@@heavenshealthykitchen What year is your Pilot? The drivers side and passenger side are both on the same system, so they should be about the same temperature. Did you check the cabin air filter?

@@williammcginnis4151 this article explains it pretty well spinoff.nasa.gov/Spinoff2015/cg_7.html
This is what you have to do....there is a screw that holds down the entire coil. It is located on the right side of coil. In between the coli and the motor casing. Once you remove that screw gently lift up the coil. Then remove the motor casing. The motor shaft has a screw to retain the fan in place. Unscrew this screw without entirely removing it. Nexr pull out the motor and this will allow you to pull out the fan blade. To reinstall do the opposite. Remembering to tighten the fan motor shaft tiny screw.

If I want to replace the fuse, where do I get the replacement?
@@csh080 you would have to source it online somewhere. I wouldn’t bother if I were you. It’s easier to add an external fuse on the incoming power wires rather than trying to replace the one on the board. You have to have quite a bit of skill with micro soldering to replace such small components. If I had to add a fuse, I would add an external one like I said, that’s what I recommend.

I saw dust & mold on my Lennox mini split blower wheel I tried to do a thorough service cleaning only to discover the same thing! DO NOT BUY LENNOX. They are VERY difficult to clean. Considering it is recommended you clean it twice a year, the degree of difficulty is rediculous! I had to clean the wheel in place which was Very messy and discolored my paint. That makes no sense. How would not using the depressor make a difference in this situation? If the pin is stuck, it's stuck. There is nothing you could remove without the charge spraying out until you repair the valve. And you just said there isn't room to use the valve core remover tool. What good is it to never use the depressor again? The problem here is with the valve and the unit, not the tool. Why do you blame the tool?
@@realSamAndrew using the core depressor tool is not a good option in recovery/charging, which is what I was using it for. The schrader valve core freezes open from the refrigerant pressure drop and sticks. It’s not worth it for me to use these anymore. With these units I unscrew the liquid line and pull it out some to clear the unit and use a core removal tool. If you have better luck with these, that’s great. This happened to me 4-5 times and it’s always a headache
@@victork3397Is there enough play in the pipe that you can pull it out away from the compartment? Looks like you would need at least an inch, maybe more.

There are a few things you're doing wrong. 1ST when filling them you do not need to open that relieve valve. I understand it fills quicker. But things can get out of hand quick. 2nd they make a spark proof tool for that. That gas bottle your use to fill with (From your grill) is a PR20 in the video I'm going to attach this guy ruptured a PR33A. PR20 = 4.7 gallon if filled to max PR33A + 7.7 gallon if filled to max. 3rd you really need to weigh them as there filling not after all though there always doubled checked after filling. 4th put on some gloves when propane is in a liquid form coming out of that bottle it's -44F That's minus 44 Fahrenheit That will cause 4th degree burns. I'm not saying you don't have a good set up there, but some people will not understand the danger. I really like your set up. The tool and the gloves would be my big thing.
@@3526900 I wasn’t able to find any tools for removing the valve, spark proof or not. The tool I’m using won’t cause any sparks as I’m not hammering with it. If you have a link for a removal tool like this, then add it to the comment below. I understand the gloves thing, and that would be a good idea. I work with refrigerants and you’re right, instant frostbite from flash gas is a big deal

Hello, what was the issue in this instance? I have hot air blowing in the front and cold in the back, would this fix it?
@@joelroque3046 it would yes, is the temperature set for cold?
Not that anyone asked, but if they do in the future this is 10000% safe. This is the same way factory's fill things up. There is no way to over fill them. The only reason you do not fill them all the way to the top is because you need room for the propane to turn to gas. Liquid propane does not run through your grill or strove and can damage things if it does( unless specifically designed to). This is the same technique that is used for co2 in fountain drinks, oxygen bottles and any other industrial liquid bottle that needs gas to function instead of liquid.
well the cylinder is not built to be refilled and the stress from doing that over time may cause it to rupture especially if overfilled. it's also against the law to do this with a disposable cylinder. buy the refillable one he shows at the start.
@@ronblack7870 how does it add stress? Propane is filled as a liquid and will only gasify at certain temperatures and to a certain pressure. So if that pressure is 200 psi there is no additional stress of refilling it. Just imagine you have two bottles. One stays filled for 10 years and one is refilled over those ten years. They both only reach 200 psi. So how is it adding stress? You can not explode a propane tank by over filling it. If the fill bottle is upsidedown or if it has a dip tube your only putting liquid propane in it which again only creates 200 psi naturally ( or there abouts) if the bottle does not have a dip tube or is upright your only adding gassified propane. Which again only can reach so high of a pressure. Now just imagine carbon fiber scuba tanks verses aluminum scuba tanks. Which one is safer or can be refilled more?
The relief valve looks like a heavy duty valve stem. You can buy the slotted screwdriver at any auto parts store for $4 or $5
