I have the guide rod laser in 2 of my Glock 19s. I know one of the biggest complaints is the heavy spring but it cycles perfectly fine but does reduce the recoil so to me it's a win

On the first 7 beads I'm varying the Voltage Correction which modifies the Voltage/Wirespeed ratio. On the 2nd 7 beads I'm varying the Inductance which changes how quickly the arc heats up as the resistance changes due to wire contact/vaporization. The welding current is auto adjusted based on the thickness of the feed wire. There is a manual override for current but so far the machine settings seem pretty good. In the first part of the video you can see in the background, the display on the welder changes to show Volts and Current once the arc is struck. You can see the current auto adjusting and the active circuitry trying to keep the voltage constant. This process is called MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding or GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding) There is a stream of 25%CO2/75%Argon gas coming from the welding tip which shields the molten metal from the oxygen in the air which would contaminate the weld.
