Cannot count how many times I’ve watched this. My favorite is when he looks up during self destruction the first time he says “it won’t be this bleak forever…yeah right”. I felt that and is literally how i feel every time i listen to that song. Thank you for this amazing performance. It helps each day.

Saw y'all live at Summer Fest this year. I was the jerk in the front row with his partner and our two kids super self-conscious about people judging us for having our kids up too late at a place too public and too loud because the babysitter was late picking them up from "the family day" event. Aaaaaaaanyway, your set changed my world. This album is an anthem for all the years spent as an angsty teenager and disaffected youth who has just become.... An angsty adult and somehow more disaffected. But I'm trying to be better. I really am because "I swear to God I'm an optimist."
