    The only thing to say during an interrogation is “I want a lawyer” and keep your mouth shut after that no matter what. Police are legally required to end the interrogation after that.

    The cops get 72 hours before having to make their official IA statement for the exact reasons that you mentioned. If its good enough for them it's good enough for a citizen

    Qualified immunity is absolutely went too far, it’s getting us very close to become a THIRD WORLD COUNTRY instead of number one country in the world.

    Perhaps the tva didnt interfere becausr it was what was supposed to happen. The tva doesnt want multiple differebt timelines. They want the one true timeline, which means what the avengers were doing was part of the one true timeline. You'll botice that the tva appeared just minutes after loki used the space stone to jump to a different location. Thus shows that the tva would not have waited to see if all the stones were returned to their timelines. This is because they did what they were supposed to do The biggest conflict i could see with this is captain wasnt pruned when he stayed in the old timeline. Sure that was obvioisly scripted, or else he wouldve been pruned, but it means that there was a time when there were 2 captain americas. One was frozen while the other was living his normal life. I womder how that was explained when he showed up to the old timeline. Like everyone knew he crashed, but then he just randomly shows up...??

  • @DaleDenton-ov5pg

    This is great and all but the reality is that police actually do conduct investigations and collect evidence. Them asking you 'why would your finger prints be at the scene' doesn't at all mean that they're trying to get you to change anything, its a legitimate question. And the reality is that if you have no real reason thats actually worse because at trial they are going to preaent that physical evidence and the jury will see that you dont have a legitimate excuse which will often times sway them towards the series of events outlined by the procecution.

    Your almost completey accurate. The interrogation is taking the information from the interview AND any facts, witness statements, Evidence, that points to the suspect. Yes it's a more direct tactic....cleared millions if cases over the course of history. Misused? Yes by unethical officers/agents. You be surprised how many suspects want to unburden themselves

    This is a load of crap LMAO. Guilty or not I will minimize all information. Infact in some cases I might not give any information at all. In a court of law it is not our job to prove our innocence. It is however their job to prove our guilt. "Innocent till proven guilty" Know your rights and invoke them.

    All interrogators are highly trained in the diabolical 9 Step Reid Technique of Interrogation. Been around since the 1950's. They intimidate and lie. Don't play the game. Invoke your right to remain silent and demand an attorney. Then shut the phuck up.

    I shouldn’t know your opinion on the matter based on how you explain it. That’s called propaganda. You didn’t state an opinion, but I know you’re more against qualified immunity in general than in favor of it. You literally tried to explain it in a negative way and I just wanna know what it is not your biased, political viewpoint. You didn’t even say why it would be a good thing. You basically just did a strawman of that helps police officers, commit police brutality and get away with it. Cool…

    • @darksaint0124

      Qualified immunity is not a law. The fact that you're here trying to defend this even though it was made up by people who are not allowed to legislate tells me everything I need to know about you. It isn't a good thing and was never a good thing. It was created to circumvent the actual law on the books. But, you're obviously either brain dead or a police sycophant, which one is it?

    Because I’ve heard of this concept, and because now the people viewing it have heard of this concept, it may be unethical for us to serve on a jury without informing the council during voir dire (jury picking). Probably not the greatest idea to broadcast like this, but important nonetheless. (I’m not a lawyer, no idea of the scope of ramifications from this)

    • @GlimisTechProducts
      @GlimisTechProducts 3 місяці тому

      It would be unethical for you to not serve the jury and or to tell them this. Why would you want to take your own ability to save someone’s life against a corrupt legal system.

    So the law abiding person has to remain reasonable while the criminal acts unreasonably. The law abider must use the least force but there is no guarantee that the criminal will do the same. The law abider must play by rules even when criminals ignore them. Sounds like a system designed to protect criminals and leave law abiding people in constant fear, of the criminal and punishment for defending against the criminal as well as the system that should be protecting him against criminals. Yet the system itself uses unreasonable force against both the criminal and the citizen and turns the citizen into a criminal for defending himself. Make it make sense. The law isn't valid it's logically unsound and it is based on beliefs just like a religion not facts and since we have freedom of religion you can preach your edicts to another crowd. We do not consent to your governance.

      Isn’t civil, righteous individuals, suing somebody and not actually being legal? Like our people just advocating to unqualified immunity because they want private citizens to sue the police officer as an individual? Because, of course you shouldn’t be able to do that lol. Sue the city and the police officer if he was wrong and even prosecute him and have him serve present time. Don’t just take his money and not legally prosecute him with anything.

      A cop can be sued, also his employer the government. This was ruled on in UN Human Rights Committee. Corinna Horvath v Australia 2014. Victorian State government claimed in court that they cannot be held responsible for the illegal actions of their employees (cops) . Corinna took this to the UNHRC who found the state is responsible for the unlawful actions of their employees. Victorian government followed the UN HRC ruling and paid Corinna an undisclosed amount rumoured to be six figures. Issued a public apology which was on the news in Australia March 2014.
